Ive been trying to cancel my membership…
Ive been trying to cancel my membership via the app and online.
Both times I received an error message -
I emailed the Facegym info email address and 1) was directed to cancel via website (failed) 2) told when I requested for them to cancel that it is centrally managed and to go through the app.
I sent the screenshots and requested to cancel again. Same response. Emailed the membership email. Same response.
I don’t understand how I’m supposed to cancel. Can see others have had a similar experience.

I can honestly say it’s the worst facial I’ve ever experienced.
Friday I booked a face gym appointment as I’ve always been really pleased with my products and service from space nk.. so I thought I’d try the face gym facial instead.,I booked online.
I told the therapist I had sight rosasia. That I’m older so not too much stretching of the skin.
Straight into the treatment the rubber ball was stretching my skin so she left this and then after the stretching from the massaged continued.
After 15 minutes my face begun to burn so I asked the therapist if I could stop and book in for a facial with the space nk treatment room instead.
The therapist rudely told me That this would be impossible and that even if I stopped the treatment I’d have to pay! After 10/15 minutes!
I asked to see a manager.. she said there wasn’t one!
Honestly I can say this was the worst service I have ever received. I told the therapist if you don’t get a manager i will refuse to pay..( I was happy to pay if they’d change my treatment) she said no again so I left.
I have now seen that face gym have charged me the full price!
I’ve emailed and they haven’t even responded.
Casi is a beautiful facial treatment that stimulates facial Muscles in a and lifts the face… please do not damage your skin my doing facegym as over time I really believe this will case sagging especially for women over 40
I have been a member of FaceGym…
I have been a member of FaceGym Trafford Centre for over a year and have been disappointed by the way this matter has been handled.
Last week, I received an email informing me that my membership fee would be increasing from £80 to £88 per month. My daughter has also been a member for over a year and has continued to pay £80 during the same period. When I contacted customer services to query the increase, I was informed that a number of emails had been sent in error to customers who should not have received them.
This response raises further concerns. I do not understand why I have been charged £88 while other members, including my daughter, have continued to pay £80 for the same membership, over the same period, and for the same treatments. I feel that I have been treated unfairly and inconsistently compared with other customers.
Rather than addressing my concerns, I was advised that I could use a new FaceGym location opening in Manchester, where the membership fee will be £95. This completely misses the point of my complaint.
What I am requesting is straightforward: I would like a refund of the difference between the amount I have been charged and the amount other comparable members have paid during the same period.
Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been extremely disappointing. The lack of a clear explanation and the failure to address my concerns have significantly affected my confidence in FaceGym. As a result, I will not be recommending FaceGym to others and am now considering taking my membership elsewhere.
I would appreciate a prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter.
No air conditioning and the chemical smell from basement area
I had my first facial at face gym last weekend in the sweltering hot heat it was upsetting as the price of your treatment and then they don't have any air conditioning in the basement area of Kings Road branch.
They're also was a weird chemical smell which left me feeling ill and a pounding headache, which later developed into a migraine.
I noticed a thermometer on the side which was indicated red I asked the staff member is that red due to how hot it is down here she said no this thermometer is for air quality.
I asked to be moved upstairs but all other chairs was taken.
It was a very sad experience the staff did keep accommodating me with water to try to cool me down and the actual facial I did like.
If I try face gym again I will try it within another studio just due to the experience and the smell of chemicals.
First time experience - More than just a facial!
Olive was attentive, and discussed every step of the workout, given that it was my first FACEGYM experience. I absolutely loved the Workout and felt rejuvenated, sculpted and depuffed. If only there was a FACEGYM in Canada I would absolutely become a monthly subscriber. I would recommend to anyone looking for something more than just a facial - it truly was a workout! Thank you to Olive and the Coal Drops Yard team. Incredible concept, even better results!
Face Gym .
Face Gym .. Face Workout is best . My Little Dr Aroosa is best , her hands and fingers work like magic on the face, your definitely leave looking years younger and skin looking glowy, refreshed. She knows her craft so well that she targets the areas that need more attention and tthen an overall finishing. The customer service, products , atmosphere everything is excellent and everytime I visit I feel I have come to one of my my family place to visit. I run short of words but Dr Aroosa amazes me with her consistency and I leave with a smile and confidence. As workouts are important for the body and meditation for the soul and well being for the mind … the face us in between the body and mind and face workout at face gym connects it both.
Not relaxing, painful and not worth it
It’s really a loud and aggressive treatment environment not at all relaxing and it left me with pain in my teeth - the previous high frequency machine did not. I had to stop one of the boosters after one minute due to the extreme discomfort and was charged in full despite being a regular member and in clear pain. Most of the therapists are not connected to their work and are looking about as they are manipulating your face. I would avoid.

Non-existent customer service
The clinicians themselves are great.
However, lack of customer service makes it impossible to integrate into a monthly routine.
I am a member have been a member before had to cancel my membership before for similar reasons this time I’ve paid my membership should be able to claim my session that I have paid for however when I go to book it on the app it asks for payment I’ve emailed them about this and they admitted that it’s a fault and that they can see my payment and yet nothing has been done to rectify this.
I am three emails in and still waiting for a way to book an appointment without paying for it.
I have cancelled my membership once more.

Bad app experience and no number to call. Very unhelpful staff!!
I had taken a monthly membership however its not worth it! The app doesnt always work in rescheduling the appointments. Even if its their own mistake they would blame the client and do nothing to rectify the situation. When asked if there was a number I could call they laughed and said not really. When asked when would the manager be available to speak with, was told to return the next day. When I came back at that time I was informed she left early. Then asked to return the next day. When I did this again I was told she was sick and didnt come in. Very very bad customer service!!!!!

Amazing facials and great service
I’ve been a member of face gym for the past six months been going to the Selfridges Trafford Centre branch. I’ve had both Olivia and Korina and they are both fantastic and very talented. Always had wonderful facials there with incredible results, it’s always my favourite time of the month when I go for my facial - the boosters are also an absolute steal at the members price. Never had any issues with booking or customer service always been great.

BEWARE DON’T SUBSCRIBE. Mis selling and con artists
BEWARE! Absolute con artists. I agreed to sign up to a three treatments. They’ve been charging me for over a year and I’ve had no access to an account. I’ve tried numerous times to cancel and I’ve had to now go to my bank to sort. The customer service is awful… they can clearly see that it’s not been used. They’ve not responded to any email since January so having to take court action now.

I had such a wonderful experience at…
I had such a wonderful experience at Face Gym in Chelsea that I felt I had to share. I was unfortunately 20 minutes late due to absolutely horrendous London traffic on a Saturday afternoon, but they were incredibly accommodating and still managed to see me without making me feel rushed or stressed in the slightest. That level of understanding immediately set the tone.
Indra, in particular, was absolutely incredible. Her hands are sensational — truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. It was the most relaxing, calming treatment and exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from start to finish.
I’ve heard plenty of stories about Vesa Gym in the past, but hand on heart, my experience couldn’t have been better. From the warm welcome at front of house, to being comfortably seated and cared for, to leaving with a lovely product on my way out — everything felt thoughtful and professional.
I will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for such lovely treatment and for creating such a genuinely relaxing, de-stressing experience all at the same time. Highly recommend!

Facials good, subscription doesn’t let you cancel
Actual facials and staff in store are great.
However - be warned that when signing up for a subscription that it doesn’t let you cancel after the contractual minimum 2 month sign up period and there is no one to contact for help. The app is set up for the minimum to be is 2 months and a day i.e. 3 lots of payments and a 3 month minimum term.

Poor service + Impossible to cancel membership
Had an awful experience with Facegym @ Coal Drops Yard, having booked the appointment for my partner.
The Signature Hands appointment started 10 minutes late, and ended 5 minutes early despite a 45 minute allocation and an additional 10 minute package that was upsold (30 minutes instead of 55), almost halving the duration for double the price.
On top of this, Facegym make cancelling your membership a NIGHTMARE. You can't cancel until you've gone through at least 2 months of their services, and any attempt to reach out to the memberships/support team have been promptly ignored.
Facegym argue that it's mentioned in T&Cs + FAQs, but at no point during the actual checkout process is it sufficiently VISIBLE. Competitors are significantly more accommodating with a much more responsive support team.
Facegym has a dubious and foul operating model, and poor service to boot. Avoid the hype, and avoid in general.

Great customer support
After having technical difficulties with the website which caused me to make my booking for the wrong day, the customer service team, and in particular Stanislava, were a great support! They helped me secure a refund for my mistake and sent me evidence of all relevant receipts which put me at ease. Will definitely be re-booking with them following such a good experience.
