Facelove Cosmetics Avis 

I never knew there was mascara for "seasoned" lashes. I love the mascara, and I also love the eye lash serum! Customer service (Ray) was really on top of things! She even reached out to make sure that my package arrived. Kudos, Facelove😊

I had an issue with my order. Ray gave me options to fix it and worked with me to get what I wanted. He made it so easy, it was a great experience.

This was my first time ordering the mascara. It had stated if you purchase it, there would be a free eye serum and a mystery gift given. I misread it and ordered only one mascara so I reached out. A very nice gentleman named Ray wrote me back right away and explained how I misread the website. He canceled the first order and I went online and ordered two mascara's and now I will get the eye serum and gift. I am excited to try this product. I am a senior and my eye lashes are getting so thin and I keep trying so many mascaras. The reviews are great for this company. I can't wait to get my mascara and see if it will stop the falling out.

I have not received my product yet but I needed to contact customer service and the representative, Yuki, was very helpful and solved my issue immediately. Looking forward to getting my product so I can write another review. So far my expectations have been exceeded.

DON'T I'D BUY FROM THIS BRAND. CUSTOMER IS AWFUL!!!!! I'd give zero stars if I could. I had a reaction to their brown mascara and brown eyeshadow. Both caused me me to have a terrible reaction and swollen eyes. They have hassled me to no end to take 20% of what I paid. Then 50%. They just are refusing to take these back to refund my money. IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT!!!!

I ordered the facelove mascara which intrigued me. It said that my shipment would arrive in 5 to 10 business days and it took 13 business days so I had waited a little longer for it than expected. However, when I did receive it, I was immediately impressed at how wonderful the brush worked on my thinning lashes and how full and long it made my lashes look. It made me smile to look in the mirror and realize I actually do have eyelashes. 😃This product is wonderful. I hope the shipping can get resolved to where it does show up on time, as I plan on being a return customer. Thank you Pauline in Customer for your thorough follow-up.

Color corrected my botchy skin tone (which is medium light), greatly minimized my skin imperfections (dark spots, fine lines and wrinkles) without feeling heavy or greasy. My sensitive skin had no reaction to this product. It is truly perfect for older skin or any skin for that matter.

I just have to tell you about my amazing experience with FaceLove. I was having trouble getting my order delivered so I contacted FaceLove and was put in touch with RAY and how amazing he was!! Ray was able to get my order delivered in a couple days. Thank you Ray!

Oh ya, I love my FaceLove mascara. It makes my 67 year old lashes look stunning!! Long and full for the first time in years.

I was very impressed with Pauline from their Customer Service. She helped me resolve my issue quickly and efficiently! Very responsive and kind.

I ordered this tubing mascara based on my sister’s recommendation after trying several known brands that all would flake under my eyes. Tubing mascara is the only mascara that doesn’t damage my lashes. When I received the Everlove rather than the Iron wand 2.0 I reached out via email and Ray was so helpful and communicated back within a day and got the order corrected so I could get the correct one. I was concerned after seeing other reviews that said they couldn’t get customer support but that was not my experience. I have aging lashes and this is the first tubing mascara that stayed put until I removed it with warm water. Great product!

I placed an order for their Mascara, and was confused about shipping. Pauline responded quickly, and was so nice! I explained it wanted to use the Mascara, before I subscribe. First of all I appreciate so much that Facelove is so responsive to their customers. Pauline responded to me immediately when I had a question about company policy. Secondly I have tried the mascara and it is absolutely as advertised. I love it which is why I now want to try the makeup. I’m so far very impressed with Facelove.

Still waiting for the 2nd half of my order but other than that, it’s been good
