This is NOT a USA business!
I ordered these socks for my dads birthday in the beginning of May. He just got them today. When I ordered them, I paid the extra money for the quicker processing and the faster shipping, so, I expected making a personalized product like this would take a bit, but I sure didn't expect to get an email saying that they were shipped, FROM CHINA, and that it would take this long to get them. I am SO upset that this website promotes 'MADE IN THE USA' but they're made and shipped from China.
This website is intentionally misleading and should be made to remove the MADE IN THE USA logo. False advertising at it's finest.
I wanted my hard earned money to go to support a USA business, not China. I'm livid.

I ordered in May for father's day, got an email with estimate of processing and shipping and should have gotten it last week. The company hasn't responded to my inquiries and when I try and track my order it acts like my email is not associated with an order. Wish I would have checked out the company and teviews before I oredered and paid more for a legit us company. Debating about having my credit card company fight charges if I don't hear from them this week

This company is not from the USA. This is the utmost misleading name branding to associate their product base. I ordered 1 pair of sock with a customized picture. It stated the order should be 5-7 business days. Come to find out it’s being manufactured out of China. I ordered it on a month ago and after e-mailing their company, they expect it to be a much longer delay due to the pandemic. How crappy was this for a birthday gift! My mistake in handing over money and not doing more research. Good luck everyone else and be safe.

**update** finally received the socks after 2 months. They weren’t as bad as I thought. Funny as a gag gift, but the wait took the moment away. I’d still try somewhere else.

Still waiting on my order from Mother's Day. This company is not made in the USA as my order looks to be coming from China! Several emails unanswered inquiring about my order. When I try to track it from their website they are not even showing my email on their site but yet I have a confirmation email from them to that same email. WTH?
Don't bother try from somewhere else!

Update: I will leave my original post below but wanted to update and say our socks did arrive and the socks are as expected and I am satisfied with them. I did also get an email stating the delay was due to COVID-19 which I completely breezed over in my initial complaint, especially given they are shipped from China, my mistake. In sum, they did deliver their product but are not made in the US, which wouldn't be in issue if the website didn't claim they are made in the US.

Original: Lamenting with the others - ordered for Mother's Day, no product yet and don't anticipate it arriving. First red flag was the 'China Post' "tracking" information, second red flag was the non-existent response from their chat service, third red flag (maybe) was differing order numbers, fourth red flag was emails sent via other email services and fifth red flag was the customer service gmail address "yourservice97" - all because I wanted to get our moms some fun novelty socks. Fellow novelty socks connoisseurs, learn from us and buy from the actual FaceSocks company, not these charlatans.

Similar experience to everyone else here. I bought socks for Mother's Day under a Mother's Day special that promised "FAST SHIPPING" on 4/28/2020 and received notice of shipment on 5/5/2020, a week later. That was the first time I found out these were manufactured and shipped from China, when the tracking site came up in all Chinese. I assumed at that point they would not arrive on time, but as of 5/24/2020 there is no further shipping update beyond that the shipment arrived in Shanghai. I replied to the company requesting a refund, but after seeing other reviews, just went to my credit card company and issued a dispute of the charge for non-delivery of the goods. Chinese companies purporting to be US-based are deceptive and disgusting.

Same as everyone else has said. Order supposedly was shipped two weeks ago from China, no other updates. Can't speak for the product since I have not received it and it looks like I probably won't, primarily reviewing to call out their fake claims of products made in the USA. I contacted them asking them to explain how a product coming from China can possibly made in the US but they never responded. I picked this website specifically because it said product was made in the US, seems like you can't escape Chinese-made stuff even if you try.

I've had a similar experience as the others posted. Submitted an order on 5/1 and has not arrived and the tracking site says it is in China. I now believe this is a total scam and would recommend people do not purchase from this website.

I ordered two pairs of socks back on April 24th. Received notice that the shipment was being prepared and then tracking information through ChinaPost. The last update we had was April 27th. Then nothing.

I reached out by email on May 14th and received an auto-respond message promising they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours. Then silence. Reached out again on May 16th, and again May 18th. On May 19th I tried another email address. Today (May 20th) I tried again.

I understand that shipping right now is all messed up with the Pandemic, but NOT RESPONDING or addressing an inquiry is not a way to run a business. If I don't hear something within 24 hrs, I'm calling my credit card company and reporting fraud.

Writing on this forum as it actually appears that FaceSocks marketing group monitors this.

I wish I could give a negative star review. NOT A US COMPANY, NOT MADE IN THE USA. Placed an order for mothers day and a month later still have no product but I do have a bogus tracking number coming from China. Please do not waste your money.

Never received the product. Their customer service is non-existent, they respond to my inquiries within 1-2 business days. However, they keep pushing me off to their "Tracking site." My order way placed on 4/24 with a confirmation of receipt and shipment confirmation on 4/27. it has been 16 business day, significantly past their 7-10 day commitment of receipt. Furthermore, when I access their "tracking" site it says the product is still in China. How can they state "made in the USA." I Extremely disappointed as this was a mother's day gift and I had to rush to purchase an alternate gift. I have logged this site with my State's Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and posted to every social media site I am involved with. I hope any responsible consume heads my warning and stays away from spending their money with this company.
