I categorically do not recommend Factum Auto.
I paid all the amounts requested by the company in full. However, the manager, Alina, communicated with me in a rude, arrogant, and ultimatum-like manner. Instead of receiving proper assistance, I was told that without paying for delivery, they would not release the vehicle documents to me. Yet, when problems arose due to the logistics organized by the company, their attitude changed drastically—they began shifting all responsibility onto the client and the carriers.
The photos taken after the car arrived at the European port clearly show that the original BMW floor mats and other items were still inside the vehicle. However, after delivery to Odesa, all of this had disappeared.
The original BMW floor mats, cargo area false floor, jack, warning triangle, first aid kit, safety vest, towing eye, screwdriver, and a portion of the wheel bolts were missing. Roughly two bolts were left on each wheel, creating a real safety hazard. The total damage amounts to at least 40,400 UAH, excluding the repair cost for the damaged hood latch.
No company representative was present during the vehicle handover, and no acceptance report was drafted. Despite the photos from the European port confirming the presence of the missing property, the company failed to conduct a transparent investigation, did not determine who had access to the vehicle, and refused to compensate for the damages.
Factum Auto received full payment but failed to ensure the safety of the vehicle and its equipment, while manager Alina demonstrated rude and disrespectful behavior toward the client instead of providing assistance.
I do not recommend trusting Factum Auto with your car, documents, or money.
