Outstanding customer service!
I contacted Faith Jewellers in regards to a bracelet that had been given to me for my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, after a few months a diamante had fallen out but I did not have a receipt as this was a gift. Faith Jewellers told me to send the bracelet to them and they would sort it out. Within a couple of days I had a replacement bracelet. Considering I was not the original purchaser I am so impressed at how quickly and easily this was resolved. I would 100% recommend Faith Jewellers and having never purchased from them before I certainly would now. Thank you for making life just that little bit easier.

Excellent customer service from this business. Very quick to dispatch the item that I’d ordered.
I had to return something (my own fault) and was notified the day after posting it that my refund had been processed.

Amazing Sevice. Ordered online on 23rd December and it arrived via Royal Mail the next day (Christmas Eve), even though I selected routine delivery. The wallet I ordered was very high quality and a good price- I’m very pleased!! I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Superb experience. The prices were over 20 percent below any other retailer I could find, strangely that made me a bit nervous that everything was genuine but in reality it was more than ok, it was a perfect shopping experience. I was given free guaranteed next day delivery and amazing communication throughout. The items are genuine and exactly as described with suitable gift wrap. I couldn’t recommend Faith Jewellers more. I will certainly shop with them again.

I recently ordered a gift for my wife and TBH I was concerned as I had left it a bit late and also Royal Mail would be delivering and they are dreadful in my area lately. I can now see from previous reviews this has happened before.
Ordered an item, quite expensive which I never received. Backwards and forward with emails, to then be offered only a 50% refund or to buy the item again at a 50% reduction. It's an insult.
I will need to make a formal compaint with royal mail myself as there's apparently nothing more they can do.
Disappointed and insulted by this company and would advise anyone to avoid at all costs.

I'm a very happy first time customer! I recently made two purchases from here. Firsty I ordered a necklace extender which I couldn't find in stock anywhere else but also thought if there was an issue I would have only wasted £10-15. It was dispatched the very next morning and arrived 2 days later - that same evening I ordered the jewelry set I wanted and have just experienced the same great service/delivery. I first tried this set (in a different colour) in the main brands shop and went away to purchase it online but was disappointed that I couldn't get the extender (as it makes the necklace sit in better place to go with my wedding dress), so I ended up looking else where to be delighted with great customer service and a nice discount on top too 😀

Bought jewelery for my mothers birthday from this site. Since it was a site from the USA I did not think that it would ever arrive. But it did and my mother loved it.

Never heard of this jewellers before but they were selling replacement link extenders for a Swarovski Bracelet my wife has. I placed 2 orders for 2 separate items and the dispatch and delivery was very quick and easy to deal with. My Wife’s bracelet is now back to being wearable so thanks to faith jewellers :)

Ordered a fairly expensive jewelery set. Faith jewellers used Royal mail to deliver. Never arrived. Was told pretty much to just speak / complain to Royal mail. Once you place your order, and they have your money, customer service is non existent asthey've done their job, and its now a Royal mail issue. Avoid.

Never written a review before but thought I should was a bit sceptical about buying the watch I was looking at as it was by far cheaper than I’d seen elsewhere, it was a Hugo boss for my husbands birthday , I took the plunge and the watch arrived today speedy delivery and is perfect condition. I’m glad I bought from here and will be def be looking on their website for future purchases

Fantastic experience ordering from faith jewellers! Noleen could not have been more helpful to me, there was a website glitch which increased the price of the product Noleen was able to rectify the situation super quickly and email me a link to the product my order was received processed and dispatched within 30 minutes!! I will update once I receive the product but so far I am super impressed by the service I have received and would happily recommend this company to everyone!!
