Also scammed ordered an Xl jackets and received a small. Have been trying to exchange for months. Sent at least 10 emails to no response. Out $149.

SCAM!!! Beware!! Never received items. Never shipped. No one will return my emails! Beware! They stold $150 from me through SHOPIFY!

I ordered the leather jacket almost 3 weeks ago with a promise for 5 day delivery time. I received emails saying my order was delayed by USPS, then heard from the vendor that the jacket had not yet even shipped. I still have no jacket and they have payment. Customer Service does not respond and no response to my emails either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Customer Service is aweful. I have contact through my order confirmation 3 x's as well as the "contact us" option 2x's since July 17th and have yet to get a response.
I bought the floral motorcycle jacket. Based on their size chart, I ordered a 2X. However it is actually too big .
Also the jacket's lining is not stitched properly.
I wanted to exchange it but at this point I want a complete and "full" refund.
So bottom line, the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this jacket. It looks and feels like leather. Its super soft and the design is embroidered into the jacket. Im 5'3" chest 38" and waist 24". I usually wear a size 10 so I got a large. It fits just a little loose so maybe Im thinking of getting a medium in the cream color. Im thrilled!

I purchased this for my mom and she loved it. Quality was really good for the price. Super stylish!

I got the blazer sweater and am obsessed. It’s really well made which surprised me since i never heard of this company before. It’s perfect for zoom meetings but I also once wore it out to a fancy restaurant. That being said -- they are cheap because of their model of cutting out the middle man. That’s one less stop on transportation routes and keeps costs lower. The most sustainable way to shop is thrifting and looking luxury with Falci!

I have a leather jacket from them, and I really like it. The leather is nice and soft, and the quality is good. I never heard of them before I ordered, so I took a chance. I've been seeing ads from them, so they must be selling well.

I can't comment on their sustainability or supply chain ethics, but I love their stuff. Everything I've bought has been well-made. I especially love the $50 leather jackets—the texture is opaque and sturdy enough to keep its shape, yet still soft. Plus, the shirt seams don't twist after multiple washes. Overall, these items are an incredible value.

I've had good luck with the few things I've bought! They've been great quality and nice, staple pieces. It's a nice alternative to some of the more expensive sustainable brands. However, I do question how Falci is able to keep their prices so low while claiming to be sustainable and ethical. Despite these concerns, I’m happy with the clothing I've received

I have a couple of dresses from Falci that look fantastic, and the quality is really good. I also have a few T-shirts that I wasn't a big fan of, but honestly, they aren't any worse than the ones I've gotten from places like Reformation. For the price, they're definitely decent in my opinion.

My closet is quickly being overtaken by Falci, lol. I started buying from this brand a couple of years ago, and most items have held up really well! I haven’t tried their pants or shoes yet, so I can’t speak to those, but I’m very happy with the blouses, sweaters, and jackets I’ve bought so far.

I've bought so many things from Falci and have written numerous honest reviews on my blog. The best thing about Falci is their excellent quality, free shipping year-round, and free exchanges and returns.

However, the downsides are that items sell out quickly and restocking can take a while depending on the product. They aren't very accommodating with sizing; I've noticed that many items are either cropped (like T-shirts and sweaters) or really oversized (like PJ sets). Sometimes it's really hard to find an in-between.

I live on the East Coast, and I get my items from Falci very quickly. I love their style and pricing. I've ordered sunglasses as well as clothes, and some of the leather pieces I bought two years ago are still in great condition. I had to return a linen jacket last week for an exchange, and it all went smoothly.

I have a few pieces from them, and I love them.. definitely plan to order more. Their quality is at least on par with Aritzia, if not a bit better. I can't vouch for their sustainability and ethics because it does seem a bit too good to be true. As someone who works part time, I'm still going to buy from them because otherwise, I'd be stuck with the fast fashion, which is worse.

I bought a leather jacket from them, and it arrived within a week. The quality was excellent for the price—it's really hard to find good leather shearling jackets on the market. Customer service was helpful and attentive, following up via chat and email. The only downside is they only ship to US addresses, so I had to purchase my item during a visit to the US and have it sent to my hotel.

This jacket has quickly become my go to choice. It's fashionable well crafted and the customer service was exceptional. It was delivered on schedule. I enjoy wearing it.
