I was a little nervous about the shipping process at first, but Falcon Logistics made it easier that I expected. I appreciated being kept in the loop and knowing what was happening with my vehicle.

If I could give negative 8000 stars ⭐️ I would.. This company seems to be a legit company when you 1st contact them-they seem so nice and willing to assist you with the transport of your vehicle.. I first started working with Alvin - He quoted $1250 to pick up a SUV in West Washington state and delivery to Oklahoma.. Seemed like a ok quote not the cheapest or highest- So I booked 1/3/23 -$150.00- deposit Biggest mistake ever.. First I was told they would pick my vehicle up on a certain day- then their was a problem with the trailer hitch with the carrier - so no pickup and then another date was scheduled then there was weather issues- so no pickup then I requested a refund for my deposit - was tired was being yank around and the “owner” David called me and apologized for the delays and he would do all he could to get my car home. So I gave them another chance. David claimed he book a A+ carrier and he promised the pickup would happen and the driver was gonna call to confirm the pickup - So the driver did call and confirm the date and the next day he called back and says they can’t come due to weather. I’m sorry this was long winded but if you don’t get anything from this - DON’T USE FALCON AUTO TRANSPORT.. Dont waist your time.. BEWARE-You’ve BEEN WARNED!!!

I have to admit I was alittle nervous about using a company to transport my daughters car from Florida to Connecticut.I was contacted by John Gatsby and he answered all my questions and made me feel like I was in good hands.Every step of the way he kept in contact and let me know what was happening with the vehicle.I highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again.And to make it even better it was New Years Day and he responded to my calls.

John Gatsby was so helpful. I had to change locations for delivery. He immediately started searching. It was however stressful finding a carrier, due to the weather across the nation. Very understandable.
I was disappointed the cost rose $250 to find a carrier.
The carrier was wonderful. He was very professional and cared about his cargo. Delivery was impeccable.
My entire experience was most pleasant. We are planning to ship another car in the future. Only Falcon
I will definitely recommend Falcon & Mr. John Gatsby.

Fast, Honest, Efficient
I contacted Falcon after the first company I contacted failed completely. John Gatsby was fast in getting me a carrier to transport my truck. He kept me informed all the way. The transporter that picked up my truck was very professional and courteous. My vehicle arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I WILL use Falcon Auto Transport again and I would recommend them to friends or family.

Tesla model 3 shipping to Alabama
Was going into shipping with a lot of trepidation as I kept hearing horror stories of getting scammed & hiking cost after shipping. This was not the case had my tesla model 3 shipped 500 miles & nothing but wonderful things to say from start to finish. Picked up on time dropped off on time & driver Alex was great. If you need a vehicle shipped I would highly recommend Falcon Auto Shippers. First class & great to deal with.

Very reasonable price

The absolute best experience I’ve had
The absolute best experience I’ve had. It was my husband and I first time shipping our cars. Another company tried to scam us. I called falcon and within 48 hours are car was picked up and on the way.

First time to have a car transported
First time to have a car transported - and after reading many reviews, was very “cautious”. Falcon did a great job - they were the most reasonable price and they kept me informed. There was a problem with the truck after they left from Chicago. While it was a delay, i was informed and it was still delivered within my time frame.
I recommend this group - they made sure my vehicle was safe and insured, and i would use them again.
Very fair and honest. My contact also had a day off, and someone else covered for them and kept me informed. A good experience.

John got me a driver in 2 days . The price was great . The driver responded to my texts to keep me abreast of when he would be arriving. I would use them again .

Truck ship
I went with falcon because they were the only co. that would pick up on a specific day while the others gave me a range of 3 to 5 days to pick up. I wanted an enclosed transport to take my 1985 toyota extra cab in stock condition it looks brand new. they came on the day they said and delivered one day early in perfect condition. I was very impressed by the service I received I would highly recommend falcon to all

John Gatsby was great. He quoted me a price, delivered the car for that price, no tricks or gimmicks and kept me informed as to the location of my car from pickup to transport and final delivery to its destination. He was very professional.
