Falcon online Supermarket Avis 

Placed a £50 order to get roughly £16 worth of order delivered! Wrong items sent, wrong amounts sent, and items missing!
No way of contacting them, phone numbers are just answer machine telling you to email. Emails are on auto response! Website states 24/7 chat help, which is complete rubbish!!
I needed this order for work, and now out of pocket as need to source again urgently!
I have never given a bed review in my life, but this service was so bad, and costly to me that it definitely warranted the time to make one! I can’t believe 1 order can be so wrong on every level!
Maybe someone will see the review from Falcon online and help me out??
I normally shop in the store, but as I live 2 hours away online seemed easier! NEVER AGAIN.

My order was CHANGED without informing me. I ordered Jalebi mix and rabri mix from GITS. But I received kheer mix and rabdi falooda which I had NOT ordered, from a another brand SHAAN. You cannot send what ever you want to just Because you do not have the item that has been ordered by the customer.

Terrible place unhygienic and unwelcoming and if you’re not a Hindu they will make it known you are not welcome to shop there. Worst experience ever treated like dirt and the place is filthy!! would not recommend

SCAM. Emailed more than three times never received my order, no one bothered to reply. Stole my money and send nothing. DONT BUY FROM HERE

Service was good but it took 4 days for delivery, otherwise all 👍

Great service well packed … but only one thing is they are slow in responses. And need a telephone line as well… other then that great service 💙

Ordered fee times before, always been great but not this time.

Still trying to find out about my order. Tried to call and sent few emails, also left message on instagram. No response. I placed order over a week ago.
Happy to change my review after solving an issue.

actually giving the item could make you improve. and a real tracking number.

I have emailed with a problem in regards to my order and haven’t had an email or notification back I am very unhappy with the service I have received don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Never received the goods, did not answer my email, phone number just recorded message to say just email. Need a credit for my order

There is no way to contact by phone, and no response to the email.

Very poor communication .
Recent order didn't arrive.But could not contact them by phone and never replied to emails.
But they refunded the full amount without even informed me or explained anything by sending email!
I ordered before in 2021 and 2022 and both of those times very prompt efficient service.This time round very disappointing.I wonder whether administration have changed.
