Falcon online Supermarket Avis 

They should send email that few things are not in stock or anything because few thinks we’re missing in package when it arrived

Great items at VERY reasonable prices. My order was dealt with swiftly and delivered within fewer days than I was expecting.

I have have 1 star to Falcon. Because i have done Online order with Falcon, but i have received only Half Items From Order. I paid Full Amount of my order. I have e mailed 3 times to Falcon straight away , since i have got half delivery on 5th on Friday. But i haven't received any reply back from Falcon. I tried to ring several times on Phone Number they have provide on their Web site. But couldn't get through. Phone line keep cutting off straight away.

I did made an enquiry with delivery Co. DHL as well that any parcel is left over on their warehouse. DHL replied me back next day that they have delivered me whatever the parcels they collected ftom the Falcon co. DhL had delivered us a 2 small parcel.

Roughly £30.00 to £40.00 items not delivered. I haven't even got a refund for those missing items.

I had send E mail to Falcon explainning everything and gave information and list of missing items with the code and price. Its gone week now, i haven't heard anything from Falcon or their Cutomer service dept. I really don't know how to contact them .
They ha e lost my trust on them now. I want purchase any items from them now. They have lost one customer forever . And they want get good review now because of this. At least they have to reply my e mail straight away znd their phone has to be in working condition. I hope someone can sort it out my problem . 1 item they delivered that was 4 months out of date item. How can i trust them now.
Really i got really a Bad experience with Falcon. I want encourage to anyone to do any shopping with them On Line.
I hope you can take some action and help to get my refund back on items i already paid but not received it. Thank you.

There was an Item missing from my order and I was not able to connect with store or customer support for refund neither a store credit.

Products reasonably priced, quality good as ever and prompt delivery.

Still awaiting delivery. Full payment taken, contact number does not work. No response from emails. 2 days delivery - it’s now been a week. Do not shop here!

Hi I Normally go all the way falcon from coventory just to get their Mustafa rice.. But this time I found rat poop inside the rice..

Ordered a product and had the wrong one sent - ordered gluten free cream of rice and got sent cream of wheat which contains gluten!! Not what a gluten intolerant person wants. Sent an email enquiring about it and received no reply which has been over a week ago.

No delivery, no refund, no response… I need my money back please if you can’t deliver

Have still not received my order! There are no tracking details on the order confirmation, the phone number does not even ring, the Leicester phone number never gets answered. I sent an email to find out what was happening and even that was not replied to!! I will not ever buy from here again!!!!

First and last time I’ve used this company. Several items were missing from the order and another was faulty. I’ve emailed them twice to try and resolve the issues and had no reply or acknowledgement to either message. It’s been well over a week now.

I’ll take business elsewhere in future.
