Falcon online Supermarket Avis 

Sadly only part of my delivery arrived & I’ve emailed twice and had absolutely no response. I wouldn’t recommend.

I placed the order on Saturday and paid £6.99 for 2 days delivery with DPD. No sign of order (day 3) now and no response from company despite emailing them. Their phone number on website doesn’t work either!

Order received but wrong items. No response via email so as relatively low cost, will cut my losses. Wouldn't recommend and won't be using again.

Order not received and showing status as complete. Been waiting sinc more 3 days

Did not get what it is advertised. The packaging is totally different . Customer services dont even bother replying.

It is very poor delivery service. I have placed the order on Sunday but products did not arrive till Wednesday. I do not have any tracking number and no body lifting the phone when called Sent email on morning on Wednesday no one responded till 1930 hrs till I send the message there is no way of communication. Absolutely waste of my time and money and patience

no delivery after a week, have sent email and so far no answer

Still waiting for delivery..paid £7 for delivery and said it wud b delivered in 2days...its been 5 days still waiting.

I am still waiting for a refund on goods I didn’t receive.
I have decided not to order from you again until this has been processed!

Website not in proper operation can't contact them by phone doesn't even ring, live chat does allow the chat to go ahead ... emailed company 3 times to dive my issue... last resort I gad left was open a dispute case through my bank THANKGOD I paid through my credit card.

I still haven't received the item I ordered.It's been almost a week.

I have ordered 25 packs kachori from falcon and received only 21, I emailed them about missing packets but havnt got any response. Finally writing a review for you to cross check on your items when you place orders in bulk.
They were quick to deliver but missing items are not a pleasant experience

Nearly two month since I ordered online, large order, paid extra for fast delivery, two months on still waiting lol. Tried contacting Falcon Supermarket by email on 4 different occasions, but had no response also tried phoning them but no one ever picks up. Shocking service, would advice to think before placing an order.

Ordered last week, money has been taken from account. No sign of delivery or DHL. Customer service number doesn’t go through, emailed twice but no reply.
When I log on to account it says order has been complete. Reading the reviews i feel I have been a victim of fraud.

Till now have not received my items and I feel this is some scam company as the number provided is also seems to be fake one.

Easy to order, very quick to arrive

Everything was in order and it all came so quickly.

Ordered 18 items, sixteen arrived as expected. Two items sadly weren’t the one I ordered.
emailed them and messaged via web, as yet no reply.
