Not the best experience
I ordered one type of water with electrolytes and I received a phone call 2 weeks later to be informed they don't have it - they offered another type of water completely (which was sparkling and I hadn't known it is) and I had ordered 24 bottles x 500ml and got 12 bottles x 375ml. If I had known the difference was going to be from apples to oranges, I could have said no. But they weren't too keen to give me all the details, just to send something and be done with me. Not the best customer service and a bit deceitful. I would have appreciated more transparency.

Long time to Recieve
Paid £6.95 for delivery within 2-3 days and recieved my item 12 days later. No communication after attempting to email. Will not be repeating my order.

Did everything in there power to deliver for me
Delivery was a bit late but the lady I spoke to did everything in her power to get my drinks to me I left because of holiday and she got the driver to leave in a safe space for me I will order again

Drinks didn't turn up.
Drinks didn't turn up.
Shortly after ordering the drinks, the website started showing the drinks as being out of stock.
I tried multiple times to contact the company about the order but didn't get any response.
After 3 weeks I got a Paypal notification saying a refund had been issued. 5 days later another notification saying the refund was not able to be completed successfully. Still waiting for my refund to come through.

I placed an order 9 days ago that still hasn't shipped and I've had no reply to my email from several days ago. Rubbish.

Excellent service. I have been after a certain soft drink, that was still an original type ( with sugar ) & by far the cheapest selling was with Fame Drinks. So I wanted to double check it was the one, and went into their chat. I was answered almost immediately, & given a photo of the information.
I made my order, and excluding the weekend, it was delivered within 3 working days.

The drinks I ordered were no longer in stock. I had a phone call from a very helpful young man to discuss my options.
I decided on a refund and this was sorted very quickly.
I will happily use this company again.
