Looking back at your case notes, we see that we delivered all document services you had requested in a timely manner. Our records show that we tried to follow up with you multiple times after, but couldn't get in touch with you. Then we received a refund request 8 months after all services were completed and delivered. Unfortunately we are not able to approve a refund, due to the fact that all services were delivered and the refund request was too far out of our refund window.
