I cannot express my gratitude for…
I cannot express my gratitude for Family Court Direct and their genuine compassion and honesty as well as allowing me to save money by professionally evaluating my case regarding a complex custody modification such as mine.
From the first person I spoke with to the next and then my case manager Jeff Lightbody, and the legal team who AMAZINGLY was able to take my scrambled notes and three different drafts of declarations and turned it into a one page & “to the point” where everything I wanted to address was professional and my thoughts organized down to every last detail. I cannot thank you all enough for the sincerity and understanding!
Family court is a nightmare and extremely intimidating especially when there has been domestic violence involved and unable to afford an attorney. The FCD team allowed me to express what I wanted and made it less overwhelming. I have yet to get a court date since I just received the final paperwork and will be filing tomorrow. I am hoping it all works out in my which would benefit my
Son also. I will post an update!
Once again, thank you all SO MUCH for your thorough research and the proof shows my
Chaotic notes were thoroughly read and understood and expressed my
Thoughts perfectly!
