So Far So Good!
This has been the best process so far, no pressure and there options are personalized to your specific needs. I am so grateful my best friend gave me their website information. I will post again after we have been in the program for a while but so far I am so happy and relieved. This company is totally transparent.

Excellent Customer Service and Enrollment Experience
I spent several months researching debt management programs before deciding to enroll with Family Credit Management. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured to make a decision. My counselor, Whitney Rice, was patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
Every email and phone inquiry was answered promptly, and the enrollment process was straightforward. When I had questions about account closures, payment timing, and updating my information, they were addressed quickly and professionally. I appreciated that they allowed me to wait until after I completed my move before moving forward with enrollment.
I have just enrolled in the program, so I cannot yet speak to the long-term results. However, based on my experience so far, I have been very impressed with the professionalism, communication, and customer service provided by Family Credit Management. I'm looking forward to working with them over the coming years to become debt-free.
