Colin has been an absolute godsend. He has meticulously prepared position statements and given lots of support and expertise. Anyone thinking of using a solicitor, use Colin instead. Experience tells me that he's much better and costs a lot less. He has been pivotal in helping to secure very good outcomes in court. Dealing with a narcissistic ex who is hellbent on using a child as currency (in this case) is something Colin is particularly good at navigating as he has so many years of experience. The first time I met Colin he gave me sound advice and instruction on what I needed to do with regard to regaining contact with my son.
We went through the whole rigmarole of mediation, court hearings along with the whole contact centre thing.
Through the whole process Colin gave solid & sound advice. This man works in the best interest of the child as opposed to a Solicitor working in the best interests of his/her pocket. This is evident when you consider what the whole process cost me; which was approx 10-15% of what it would’ve cost using a Solicitor & Barrister.

This happened over 10yrs ago and I will forever be indebted to Colin for giving me the ability to be a good father to my son.

Absolutely USELESS service, poor advice and the document completion didn't even put over that it was for safeguarding. It came over to the judge as a custody battle. Honestly save your money.

Oh and if they promise the urgent work turned around the same day. It won't be and then they'll deny they promised. Honestly a serious waste of time.

I paid extra for Colin Brealey because I couldn't understand what Ali was saying over the phone and it seemed Colin had more experience from his bio.
He was late turning up at court which puts extra strain on the situation. Inside court in the side room discussions he seemed out of his depth dealing with mums solicitor and she dominated the situation. In the court room he got warned because the same solicitor, magistrates and legal advisor could hear him giving me advice and technically he's only allowed to whisper so only I can hear him. This caution seemed to simply silence him all together and he just sat there taking notes. Ive had better outcomes being in court alone with a free McKenzieFriend. So unfortunately he seemed to complicate matters slightly. I think for £330 I could of gotten some decent professional advice instead from Clerksroom. Maybe it was just one of those days but unfortunately my experience wasn't as good as others on here.
