We received a partial delivery of our order. The packing slip shows the entire order should have been in the box. My husband left 3 messages in 3 days to customer service to determine accuracy and that the rest of the shipment is en route but still have not received a call or email and it is day 4. Customer service and overall customer care is poor. I would not recommend ordering from Family Leisure.

The site is decent but the communication after purchase is suboptimal. I had to call support to find out when I would receive my order and I’m still wondering. The reason I looked at this V email is I thought I would find out when it was coming. Communication could be better!

A company should know that an item is…
A company should know that an item is in stock or not. Buyers should be made aware when purchasing, not days after purchase via email. I w ill say that the email notification indicated that I could cancel. I decided to let the order stand and recieve the item when it came back in stock and could be shipped. I certainly would have reconcidered ordering from different company had I known the item was not in stock when ordering.
