They are complete scammers. I ordered 2 drawings of my dogs costing me £10. Send them the photos. Only to received the same photos back. They should be closed down. They are complete scammers.

I recently lost my gorgeous girl Flo. I came across this page on Facebook, and decided it was worth a try. I opened the email tonight and was so pleased with how it turned out, I cried. I cant wait to have this piece framed, it's truly gorgeous.

Absolutely brilliant! I couldn't be happier with the photo of my cat. It looks exactly like him, even down to his greying fur. My boy is 15 and this picture is definitely one to be treasured. Brilliant price and fast to produce. Yes the image is a digital form but easy to get put on a canvas.

I bought what was advertised as a pencil sketch of my dog, and the Shipping Policy clearly indicates physical delivery across multiple countries. I was also charged £1 for 24-hour express delivery, so I fully expected a printed picture to arrive. Instead, three days later, I received only a digital file by email, along with an apology for the delay due to a system glitch. The image was acceptable, but it wasn’t a printed sketch and seems to have been generated by AI; I have created a similar one myself using AI tools—exactly the same as what they sent me. After checking their Facebook reviews, it became evident that many customers experienced the same confusion and disappointment — expecting a posted item but receiving only a digital file. In my opinion, the advertising is misleading, the price is not reasonable for what is actually provided, and I personally wouldn’t order from them again.

I came across the page on Facebook a few days after we lost our beautiful girl Jessie. I sent off one of our favourite photos of Jess and it wasn't long before we had her portrait back. The portrait is beautiful. Thank you so much. Would 100% recommend.

Found the ad on Facebook, was sceptical at first but once I saw all the great reviews in the comments I had to order! And I wasn't disappointed, I got a beautiful black and white print of my beloved cat that had recently passed. Would definitely recommend!

I have had several for presents & the most recent one I had was 3 dogs on 3 different photos & she put them altogether.
I brought it for my friend & the one dog has recently passed so many tears!
Would 100% recommend.

Uses AI rather hand drawn. Not worth £6 even when chat GPT does it for free. Also didn't receive email had to reach out via WhatsApp to get the photo as the website just shown my own photo I had sent. If you hand drawn it there wouldn't be a glare in animals eyes.

Paid my money plus a pound which i assumed was the postage?
Received a downloaded image with no actual paper image?
Not sure what the additional pound was for if its only a download.
Image was good enough although now need to pay more to have it printed.

Excellent portraits I ordered three for gifts and they all came very quickly and the communication between me and the seller was fantastic.when I gave the gifts to the people they were all absolutely gobsmaked at the details.i will definitely be useing Family portraits again.110%

I ordered one portrait of my previous collie to see how good they were and I was not disappointed. I was so pleased that I then ordered another four to complete my rogues gallery of all my dogs, past and present. I wish that I could include a photo to prove just how good they are.

I ordered a print of our late cat and was unable to download the image using the link provided- the error stated the app was not live. I emailed the company asking for the jpeg file instead of using a link but got no reply. Complete waste of money
