Totally disgusting. Wrong colour wrong size not the same dress as photo.

Ordered Asus fonepad back in November.Arrived in well used condition, faulty and when it did operate both Browser and app store were locked in Chinese language. Was not helpful and would not refund. Bad Bad seller.

More than a month since I ordered my led butterfly light and have not received any things yet. This is a bad company please do not buy any thing from them. Bad China.

I bought a power/data lead from this company. After 30 days a lead was delivered but it was the wrong one. They asked me to send photos of the one they had sent. After a month with no reply I chased them and they agreed to send the correct one. It never appeared. Five months later, countless emails, broken promises and then an offer to refund the cost. They haven't!! Don't buy anything from this company, they are totally useless.

I purchased a $200 phone + Insurance two weeks ago. They said it would take 5-12 days to arrive in my country. I emailed them and asked where the tracking number was from and they replied very vaguley, obviously not wanting me to know the postal company so I couldn't track it. They just sent me screenshots saying "You might not know Chinese but this is the proof". Well, I do know Chinese and it's all a SCAM.

The green feedback on this site is all fake too, written by the company. He also operates other fraudulent stores such as ColoredApples.

I'm a federal officer and I have reported the matter to the relevant department in both my country, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, and neighbouring countries. FancyCost will be shut down and the owner will either go to jail or/and receive a find +/- $3million USD. He has scammed to many people and I will make sure he gets what he deserves.

I wouldn't even give these guys 1 star. I bought a product from them to only receive half of it. I contacted them to explain and never heard back from them despite 2 emails over the course of two weeks.
I've had to go through PayPal to get a refund and still yet to receive any proper correspondence from Fancycostcom. I urge anyone looking to buy from these guys to think twice.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Customer service does not exist, and i wonder if it is a legitimate company. Placed an order on Dec 10th, with expedited $25 shipping. Its 28th now, and I still don't have my order delivered, nor did i hear from their customer service after emailing them.

I ordered from the site months ago. Nothing. Confirmation email when i ordered but nothing since. I've emailed several times and received no reply. Wish I could give no stars.
I'm so disappointed.
Surely there could be a legal requirement to fulfil orders or refund monies

Ordered a phone case over a month ago and never received it. They have no tracking numbers and barely any contact info. I sent an email that they responded to over a week later. They assured it would be here and it never came. Don't waste your MONEY or TIME!!! The good reviews on here are the first ones, definitely their own friends or family!

BEWARE- the "positive" reviews of FancyCost are likely posted by their friends and employees -- I am a real customer.

Fancycost.com (and dozens of other similar Chinese-run websites, all offering the same products all run by the same shop?) lists products for sale, takes your money (via PayPal) and then never answers emails or provides any order updates. I waited 3 days, heard nothing, checked my PP receipt and found a totally different email address, wrote requesting an update and immediately got a refund and "sorry, out of stock" response, EVEN THOUGH the website store showed (AND STILL SHOWS!) the item I ordered as in-stock and.... offering bulk pricing tiers if you buy large quatities (of out-of-stock items!!!!) If you take a chance and order and actually get an item you must be in the small, small minority. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a item from Fancycost.com to test the site out. Its a legit company and they will send you,your item. BUT MY ITEM WAS BROKEN !! I EMAILED THEM DAYS BEFORE I GOT MY ITEM IN THE MAIL. (NOTE:I had to wait a whole MONTH to get my item) THEY NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL. My conclusion is: You get what you paid for.Therefore,if you want a good quality items shop elsewhere.

I bought an item, it was broken and they refused to refund, return, or replace

Item arrived after almost 4 weeks, pleased with item, customer service not the best in the world but item arrived as described, in a nice box and holder, pleased with item, will buy from this company again

I ordered two Haier W910 Android phones from FancyCost, when they arrived they were in perfect condition but were incompatible for Uk use due to basic software programed into the phone, when I contacted FancyCost for a return and refund I got one email asking me to try to fix it myself with basic instructions then No more communication from them after numerous requests.

Dear FancyCost,

I received both Haier W910 phones on 27th Dec 2013 your order numbers 129663 and 1296903 but they are not of any use in the UK area as both phones are programed with a basic software that does not function with the western Google android system and has an eastern based basic program.

I previously ordered a Haier W910 from a different supplier which works perfectly and is programed for the western Google system and basic program.

Could I return both phones for a refund and if so could you give me the return address and details of how to do this ?

1) To update the pbones' system;
2) To get rid of any packages you don't need or want on the system.

I love fancycost, I ordered a laptop for my brother , he used it on his homework, It looks good and use in convenience ,Price is amazing , service is professional, I received it in 4 days after I placed the order,they sent me the tracking NO.and I can check the tracking History when it is on the way. I love the safe website, secure. I will be back to buy two iPhone Cases and a Power Bank next week.

My item never got shipped and after many emails asking for a refund i never saw it back, wouldn't normally worry but it was close to £100

This is the third time I have had to file a claim with fancycost, My first claim is for my phone , second is for my taplet, this one is for my sister's tablet, they answered my question quickly & in depth. Service was professional, easy and simple.they sent me a 32GB TF card for free , I can put the TF card to the tablet to extand the space. It made my sister very happy, and I am beyond satisfied with it and I'm extremely happy! I highly recommend fancycost to my friend

Last week, I bought a led watch from this website, and i receive it today in perfect condition, the watch was wrapped well in the bubble wrap. I just didn't think it's so fast. I am sure i will come back if there is any need in the near furture.

the feedback that I had read online about their service department was all good. I've bought powerbank from them in the past.Free shipping on everything no matter how cheap the order, but that shipping takes like 3 weeks most of the time so if you need it then pay for shipping.In my opinion they sell some fairly interesting, good quality products at prices
