I purchased a flowy bridesmaid’s dress. It exceeded my expectations as far as being well made and very pretty. Also it fit perfectly. I didn’t know what size to order so I added my measurements when I put in the order. I took off one star because the color did not match the description. Other than that I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic swift international service. I ordered from Ireland. Lisa emailed to confirm sizes and offered a custom fit to exact specifications at no extra charge. Fancyvestido kept me updated and notified me once the dress was sent. The dress fits perfect and the quality and detail on it is amazing. I would definitely order again from this website.

Lisa was so helpful and responsive from time I placed order until the day I received the dress . My daughters junior prom dress was even better in person and she looked absolutely stunning! I’ll definitely be ordering again for another event!

This was a beautiful dress and fit my body shape perfectly! They asked for my measurement to make sure my dress fit. I was worried it would come in late but it came in a day before my dance.

i was a little bit worried that the dress wouldn’t arrive because the email responses i got were kinda confusing but they kept reassuring me it would arrive on time. it arrived in plenty of time for my prom, but it needed a few alterations to fit me better which i thought was a little weird considering they required my measurements, but it was nothing i couldn’t do myself and they were really small things that could just come down to wanting the fit slightly different. overall it was a great quality dress and they were nice and continued to reassure me and the dress arrived on time so it was a positive experience.

This company makes excuse after excuse and never takes responsibility for their actions. We ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom because they promised the dress would be here before April 21 ( her prom day). They only created a shipping label on April 12 but never shipped the dress. Creating a shipping label doesn’t count as shipping. We also paid for expedited delivery. The dress never shipped out until April 18. Yet they still failed to overnight it. They shipped it regular UPS . Now it is passed my daughters prom. No dress until April 25. This company will lie just to get your business and blames others when they fail. Do not trust them. They’re unethical. Plus, I find it sketchy that there is no 1-800 phone number to call for customer service. You can only contact them via email and they still don’t respond to your email requests. Please don’t make the same mistake I made. Do not shop here.

They haven’t been responding to emails. I paid for expedited shipping two weeks ago and it’s still not here. My prom is in a week.

We ordered a prom dress from this site. We had just enough time for it to be made and delivered according to their website. We were nervous it wouldn't get here, but they reassured us it would. The dress arrived the day before prom! It fits perfectly and was just as described. We are very happy with the dress! Lisa was very helpful with the order and updates when I asked for them.

You never can tell what you may get from some websites, but this one was great. We ordered a custom size dress. We placed the order and soon after had a confirmation email to ensure all measurements were correct and confirming when we needed the dress. It arrived before the requested date and fit my daughter perfectly. She loved it. Great communication and service!

Purchased a Prom dress for my daughter for about $200. She didn't like how it looked on her it so I requested a return within the 3-day requirement.

What they don't state on their website is that a return to China will probably cost you more than the dress you ordered.

Also, you'd think that if I, as the customer, am is required to pay for the shipping I could use whatever carrier I please...Nope, can't use USPS or FedEx. DHL and UPS were both just under $200 to ship to the address in China that was provided. Total nonsense..

Buyer Beware!!!

My daughter is a bridesmaid in a wedding party coming up in the summer of 2023. The bride ordered the Spaghetti Straps Cowl Neck Tea-Length Bridesmaid Dresses. The color is a plum/pink. The dress came and these are “some”issues: seams were not finished, bottom hem is ripped and also sewn with the thread tension to tight so it rolls up, the dress is sewn with two different color threads, the invisible zipper is half invisible, there are so many noticeable flaws in the fabric, one notion that holds the strap to the dress is broken. We contacted a local seamstress who was appalled at the condition. She is charging us $100 for her labor costs - this is so that the dress can be worn for the wedding. Because the condition of the fabric and the original sewing job is poor, this dress will fall apart if we wash or dry clean it. The original cost of this dress was close to $150. We contacted fancyvestido. The reply was swift and to the point. They offered my daughter this solution: 1. $20 for us to hire our own seamstress to fix it or 2. buy a new dress from them at $80. My comments have nothing to do with fit because that isn’t where the issue was, even though it fit decently. My thoughts are perhaps find a different company to produce your dream dresses. The quality of the dress is poor but the cost of the dress very high. This isn’t a winning combination.

Ordered a custom sized dress. Lisa was very responsive from the very beginning! Responded to all my emails promptly! The dress was delivered faster than expected and fits perfectly! My daughter loves it, the material is great. Will be ordering again for future events!

Got a great dress, perfect size 4, in just a couple weeks. Looked just like the ones we had tried on at the dress shop nearby for hundreds more. They emailed me back immediately when i had a question. Will shop there again next year.
