I looked at it occasionally. I used it last year and ended with my worst season. Frankly the top levels are too expensive. My experience is that users are overwhelmed by too many differing views. And that means the guidance really has no value.
It’s still there in my mix but no longer my favourite. Others just offer more at lower price points.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience last season didn’t meet expectations. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when results don’t go your way.
In terms of pricing, we pride ourselves on being one of the most affordable FPL help platforms out there, with flexible payment options designed to suit different budgets. That said, we completely respect that value is subjective and depends on what each manager is looking for.
Regarding the range of views, that is very much intentional. Our aim is not to tell managers exactly who to pick every week, but rather to provide a variety of perspectives and data points so you can build a well rounded view and make your own informed decisions. We know that approach is not for everyone, but many of our users find it helps them develop their own strategy rather than relying on a single voice. That said, if you are looking for a more singular, data driven view, our Rate My Team projected points has been the most accurate tool in the FPL community this season and can be a great place to start.
We really appreciate you giving us a try and keeping us in your mix, and we will continue working to improve the experience for everyone.

When I click into an article on the app…
When I click into an article on the app and try to access the options under the hamburger symbol (3 lines top L/H corner), 99% of the time it will not work. For example to try and login.
This is really frustrating!

Something For Everyone
Caters to all levels. If you just want to get some advice on who to Captain, try the Rate My Team function and get a couple of Premier League player recommendations, that's great. But if you want to delve deep into the statistics, bounce ideas off other players, read articles on chip strategy and obscure player comparisons and get recommendations for fantasy competitions beyond the Premier League, that's there too. Great value for money.

Problem sorted.
Follow-up to my 2.11.25 review about my frustrations with the 2-level passwords system that made it hard for me to get into the site, so I gave up... FF Scout got me in and I've now managed to stay in, so that's sorted and I can enjoy the information. I still hope for a more streamlined access next season, but the support team are helpful and the site is the best around for FPL.

The best site for all FPL info.
Been doing fpl for many years. I used to like finding my own players without the constant info being advised by all and sundry(YouTube sites etc). Now many teams are copied, and to me, it's taken away some of the fun of 'the find'. That being said, FFS is the best one out there, especially that Neale Rigg. He is so dedicated and knowledgeable. So if you want good info, 'Scout' is the 'go to' website.

Fantasy Football Scout do not give refunds!
Overall, the amount of information and guidance is excellent. I always use FFS before I make a decision on FPL.
Unfortunately it's all about the money though. I had previously paid for a subscription for 1 year and completely forgotten that it was on an auto renewal. I did not receive an early warning from FFS. When I asked for a refund as I no longer needed the subscription it was flatly refused.
Too greedy for me.

We’re sorry to hear about the frustration around your subscription renewal. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, specifically section 1.9, cancellation of recurring premium memberships is the responsibility of the account holder and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. These Terms & Conditions were updated in the summer to clarify our refund and cancellation policies. We do allow refund requests within 7 days of the renewal date, but unfortunately requests made outside that window aren’t eligible, which is why your request couldn’t be approved.
We understand how frustrating situations like this can be, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Feedback like this is taken on board as we continually review how we communicate and support our members.
