They are a scam! I was booked on a FULL FLIGHT. When I arrived I was informed that my ticket price had been refunded to a cc that WAS NOT mine!

Please don't trust FareBuddy.

The representative Christopher was very pleasant in helping me with my service.

I booked internationalticket for July 3 to September 9 but they did not send me my confirmation neither my ticket. The only thing they did is they called me and tell me that my ticket was cheap so I won’t be traveling with any bags or carry-on nothing except for my phone plus they say that the month and date might change, but still I waited they still couldn’t provide me any ticket. It’s a big scam. May Allah curse them just like the way he cursed pharaoh.

My dad got scammed. Thought is was calling United as the played along they worked for them and charged him miles and dollar amounts. Sent an email but never a confirmed flight. They are not legit!!

This company is a scam!! They tried to scam me out of a thousand dollars and then proceeding to cancel my flights on me because they're scam failed. DO NOT USE THEM! You have been warned.

Farebuddy.com is an Indian company that uses fraudulant tactics to scam you of your money. If you do fall for their scam, cancel your credit card, as you will continue to be scammed. What a shame that this company hasn’t been shut down. They have no morals.

I should have read the reviews before I booked a flight with this company. it’s a scam! I booked a flight for 5 passengers and received an email confirmation. But no actual ticket confirmation. The next day I received a call stating 3 of the passengers were not guaranteed. They proceed to try and upcharge me $900. Its sad that people have such low standards… I am more angry at myself for almost allowing this to happen.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This site is a total scam!!! They sell you a massively discounted ticket and then tell you to call them. You call them and they tell you the airline overbooked and there are people ahead of you in the queue for standby but if you upgrade for a ridiculous sum of money they can book you immediately. When you tell them no and that you want a refund, they tell you everything is non-cancellable and you've lost your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS

Lowfarebuddy is a scam . I was trying to book a reservation with them someone from the company sent me a message via email for payment of ticket. I put in my bank information for approval for the ticket . I got a call the ticket has increase I told Anna to cancel in which she did, she called me back the next day and told me she went ahead and approved the flight for 200usd. I am calling and messaging them to send refund my money in my account they blocked me and decline all calls. This happened July 26 , 2024. How can I report them to fraud ,please?

I booked 2 tickets on 6/20/24 and on 6/24/24, I hadn't heard anything nor received the tickets, an email, call, just nothing. Called the 24/7 customer support 12 times, leaving messages, etc then on the 13th call, I got Adam, who processed to tell me those tickets with Delta are no longer available and wanted me to buy tickets tickets from American Airline for 1100 when the other ones were 496. So, I asked why the still advertising cheaper tickets online, because they are standby tickets. Let me speck to a supervisor after asking 5 times for one, I got Roger, who proceed with the same lies, then said, the tickets were rejected because I put my birthday wrong. Lies got the screenshot for proof. So, I rebook the same tickets for 20.00 cheaper with my "right" birthday with Roger on the phone have the booking ID number, then I got an email. So, we will see and if they fix it, I'll revise this review but as of right now... it's a scam to get you to call for those false advertised prices and sale you tickets for 700.00 more. THEN SAID YOU CANT CALL THE AIRLINE... SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME!!!

Stay away from this site it truly is a scam. I booked a seat on an airline with them and the price should have been less than twenty dollars ...their price almost two hundred. When I complained they said if I canceled my order they would cancel my flight!!!!!!

This. Is. A. SCAM!! And reading the good reviews, I can tell they are fake. Fortunately, my bank refunded my money, but I missed my vacation because I couldn’t find a new flight at an affordable price. I see all the red flags I ignored so clearly now: constantly promising to send e-tickets, and every time they missed the deadline, I would call and be put on hold for literally hours. They would promise to call back, and never would. When I expressed my concern and frustration over the missing ticket/boarding pass, they would always say, “Oh, don’t worry about that. Saul’s working on that. You’ll get your boarding pass in time…blah blah blah.”The final straw was they claimed my flight had been canceled. I called the airline directly. The flight did exist, but it was never canceled, and they had no reservation under my name. I am still seething while ready to sob at the same time. I don’t get to vacation much ($) so to have this stolen from me was so hard.

I was very satisfied with Frontiers customer service. Your agent Dalziel was very helpful and was able to quickly resolve my flight issue.

This is a total scam do not fall for it. These people are ready to SCAM you like as if you are a dumb. The story is simple, I just made a booking from SNA to Milwaukee for a fare of $430 round trip. I haven't received any email of confirmation or booking number. Then I decided to call them. So They told me the return flight is confirmed but the rest is not. Then they tried to sell me an expensive flight. Then they told me there are cancellation fees. This is a case for any State Attorney General to take them down. These guys are brutal and arrogant. Very bad people.

This is a total scam do not fall for it. These people are ready to SCAM you like as if you are a moron. The story is simple, you make a booking for a low fare, then these guys act quick to scam you. Limited English but superior scamming skills. First, they book you on the outbound flight and it's real but they use various email addresses, they don't give you proper details or your name. Then they will try to sell you an expensive flight to return. Keep in mind they can book you on many airlines and cancel for free in 24 hours. But then they will try to tell you your return flight is not available and they will try to haggle you on prices that are 2-3 times or higher what you have confirmed. Then they will tell you there are cancellation fees. This is a case for any State Attorney General to take them down but they come up like mushrooms. These guys are brutal. However, the scheme falls apart once you are not willing to buy the expensive ticket they have to offer you as an exchange to the fact they can't get you a return flight. Pick up the phone and call consumer affairs at the Attorney General of your state. Don't let then haggle you for the hight price, laugh at them and tell them. You bought a roundtrip ticket not one way ticket. They will be forced to give you your money back. It's illegal for them to engage in this practice. That's why they are not dumb, they will cancel the flight if you don't pay a more expensive return flight. It's all a GAME!
