I ordered a 5 lb bag and received a 1 pound bag labled a 5 lb bag. Also the nuts were expired. I e mailed the company. I’ve not heard back from them yet.

I received the package destroyed and…
I received the package destroyed and both bags of nuts inside were compromised. I email the support twice, I called and one week later ... no response. Too bad since the nuts were good. This was not my first order with them but might be the last if they do not get back to me and fix the issue.
EDIT: after i posted this review, over a week later, farmfreshnuts contacted me, refunded the order and set me up with UPS for review of the damages at my place or office. They are sending food in a thin carboard box with no additional protection and then they blame the shipper.

Nuts good, packaging bad
The nuts are fine, but the packaging is awful. Previously, it was resealable, but now you have to tear it open and it's hard to keep things fresh without transferring them.

Biggest and only real issue I’ve had…
Biggest and only real issue I’ve had over the past few years is the lag time between updates in the computer actually getting translated into “action.” I use the subscribe feature and it has been quite a hassle when I have traveled or moved to adjust the schedule. I will of course see it updated on my end but even a full month later nuts get shipped to the wrong address, multiple conversations with FFN staff required to remedy the issue.

I so dislike titling reviews....but I recommend FFN!
Farm Fresh Nuts has been my in-shell walnut provider for two plus years. I will continue to purchase from FFN because the walnuts are fresh, clean, and the FFN family ship them fast. Good quality, reasonable price, and good customer service. Thank you.
