Varor kommer ej och bedrövlig service

Jag beställde den två dagar som skulle ha kommit inom någon dag. Två veckor senare har jag fått ett bekräftelsemail för en av varorna utan spårningsnummer och noll varor. Kundtjänst både i telefon och mail har inget annat att säga än att de ska vidarebefordra mitt mail. Jag har bett om pengarna tillbaka och fick då samma svar om att de tackar mig för mitt tålamod.

Har aldrig varit med om så här dålig service. Köp absolut aldrig här!!

Have not received any product

Have not received any product after 10 days. According to UPS, they have not received the package yet from fashionette. Today I received an email from fashionette that my return has been received? Which return? I have not received any item! Now I have neither the bag I ordered nor the money it cost!

If I could rate 0 stars I would

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered a Marc Jacobs bagstrap in november and recieved the order weeks later. They had sent me the wrong product, whereafter I had to send it in return. I recieved a vouchercode as a compensation due to the bad exerience that was invalid on the website. So couldn´t use this to make a new purchase of the correct product that even was out of stock once I tried to order it again since they couldn´t make a swap directly. Called the SWEDISH phonenb on their Swedish website where I ordered the product and was answered by a German person in their customer support that couldnt speak Swedish and even not speak English to help me!
Fashionette recieved my return and decided to close the errand referring to that I would of course be refunded the money from the original purchase after 14 days. Now its almost been a month and I havent seen a hint of the money!
I wouldnt recommend buying from Fashionette, since they cant seem to handle their e-com at all.
Sorry but very very bad experience from my part. :-(

Toppen!

Har handlat vid två tillfällen och det är snabb leverans och fina varor. Även lätt att göra en retur.
Synd bara att dom inte använder sig av Klarna längre. Bra att kunna få faktura och slippa behöva ligga ute med pengar ifall man vill returnera.

Edit: jag vet inte vad iDeal är för något...det har ju inget med Klarna att göra

Köpte varor för cirka 500 euro som levererades till fel person eftersom Fashionette uppgav fel namn och e-mail-adress till UPS. Undvik denna aktör om du inte vill riskera att dina dyra varor skickas till någon annan.

Levererat defekt vara. Lovar dra av priset på fakturan. Kräver sedan full betalning för att sedan efter 45 dagar betala tillbaks det som de lovat dra av på fakturan. Uruselt varning!
