Order #5759 - I deleted my previous review as I have now received it. I ordered City Rhythms Marthas Vineyard. However I received my order today. I have ordered before online with Nose&Notes and spent over £800 and loved all 4 of the fragrances I bought. But this one there has to be something wrong with the batch, it smells like nothing, theres barely a smell to it. It smells nothing like the sample I have smelt before. I have checked online comments and people have said the same, i'm not sure if there is something wrong with the new batches but theres barely any smell. Theres no coconut no vanilla no nothing. The bottle I received was ice cold, there is no way this fragrance is supposed to smell like this. I have put in a return request. If you are able to exchnage it but smell it before you send it out or just refund me. I'm very disappointed with the long delivery times and now this

I reached out to their email and their Instagram but have not received a reply on either.
Even just a reply about what happened would be great and have found the customer service to be completely absent which is a shame because it seemed like a really nice small independent shop

Jeg kom ind i den fysiske butik med henblik på at finde fødselsdags ønsker, men gik derfra med en vanvittig god parfume. kundeservice er helt i top, og yderst kompetent personale, der er meget engageret i deres arbejde og gør alt i deres magt for at man får en fantastisk oplevelse.
Når man er i butikken, føler man sig ikke presset til at skulle købe noget, men mere til at blive inspireret.

Ordered a Toskovat fragrance on pre-order and was communicated with throughout the process with updates. Item arrived well packaged and with two free samples.
Ordered from Nose and Notes and there was a delay due to international shipping issues, but they were responsive and transparent once contacted.
Once the issue was resolved, the parcel arrived to the UK very quickly.
Happy to support an indie perfume shop, things happen and they handled it well in the end.
Would order again.
! Conclusion: Do not order from this shop if you do not want to wait weeks for your order or a refund. Until the matter is resolved, I believe this is likely to be a case of fraud !
On January 1, 2026, I ordered two fragrances that were listed as “in stock” at the time. On the same day, about 8 hours after placing my order, I received an email notification that my order had already been shipped. I was surprised that the shipment was so fast, but didn't think much of it.
After seven days, the order status in the Shopify app had not changed from “waiting for details” so I wrote an email inquiring about the order status. I have not received a response to this email to date.
Three days after sending this email, I tried contacting them via live chat on their website and was told that the order would be delayed due to the Christmas season and snowstorms in Europe. This information also sounded plausible to me, so I accepted it.
On October 17, 2026, I inquired again via live chat, as I still couldn't see any change in the situation. The renewed delay was suddenly attributed to problems with logistics and data processing, but again, no specific shipping date was given.
On January 21, 2026, I contacted the company one last time and clearly stated that I would give them until January 29, 2026, to ship my order. I also wrote that if the order could not be shipped by the specified date, I would like to cancel it. I have not yet received a response to this message, which I sent to them both via live chat and email. Furthermore, I have not received a shipping notification or the goods to date and have now contacted my bank to request a refund.
! Conclusion: Do not order from this shop if you do not want to wait weeks for your order or a refund. Until the matter is resolved, I believe this is likely to be a case of fraud !

opgave info: hold en tale om overgangen til udskolingen til et elevråd og reflekter over hvad der kan hjælpe med at give en god tid i udskolingen samt give 3 gode råd du ville ønske du havde dengang du kom i udskolingen.
uhm hej guys. jeg blev spurgt (tvunget) af min dansklærer til at holde den her tale til elevrådet. overgangen fra indskoling til udskoling kan være kinda mid men det lykkedes nu egentlig meget godt efter at du er blevet safe med "the tuff gang leader" (mig). nu er du tættere på pensionen end alle de andre elever (wannebe tuff weaklings). min personlige oplevelse med overførelsen fra indskoling til udskoling var kinda lame fordi jeg gik på en skole med crashout kids i alle aldre (jeg var cold tuff guy) den eneste ændring jeg så var at lærene blev mere cringe/onde/træls/antirizz/skibidi/boomer/pressende. mine 3 gode råd er: bliv venner med de tuff (mig) så du har free protection. vis lærene at du er sigma alpha så de ikke tør give dig lektier fx ved at skræmme dem fra bag en dør, overfald dem randomly og mob dem (du er the main character) mit 3. og sidte råd er at vær good boy når du går nær "the huzz" for at give en rizzy impression og "increased chance for huzz". men anyways guys det var min tale fortsat finurlig dag og glædelig torsdag -finurlig anmelder out!.

It has now been ten days since my order was placed, and the package has not even been shipped. No tracking number has been provided, and there has been no direct communication explaining the delay. The only updates I can see are through the website itself, which is not sufficient when a customer has spent a significant amount of money.
At this point, I am left with no information and no reassurance that my order is even being processed at all...
I understand that small businesses can experience delays, but a lack of basic communication undermines trust. Customers should not have to chase updates or rely on assumptions when their money has already been taken.
I had positive expectations prior to placing my order. The selection of niche brands is high quality, and everything is fairly priced.
As one of my first forays into niche fragrances, I found this site to be a good starting point for a significant purchase. Having spent £250, I expected a quality experience despite the company’s size. Unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken.
Nose and Notes have continuously ignored my emails, (your support email on Trustpilot is different to the email listed on the site - PLEASE FIX). You've only provided updates on my order through your website (regarding international shipping delays that concern MY order) and have yet to provide even a tracking number, despite the order being placed almost ten days ago. In ironic addition to this, my order in your chat bot is marked as fulfilled? I don't even have a tracking number.
To Nose and Notes: please reply to my emails and I would be happy to amend this review. I believe your approach to customer service is reactionary rather than proactive. I can only assume you will respond to this review - the one I did not want to write.

Absolute fraudsters. It’s been 41 days since I placed my order, the promise was that it would ship after Christmas. They ignored all my emails so I resorted to chat on the website, where they barely replied, late and with little information. They marked my order as fulfilled when nothing has been fulfilled. Now I can’t even get a reply or a refund or anything. Do not order anything from these useless people, you will regret it.
Edit: I think its notable that the company saw this review and tried to take it down for defaming, so they saw it but haven’t replied, just sat quiet and trying to cover it up.

I didn’t receive the package it has been sent back without delivery attempt.. tried to contact support 4-5 times but didn’t hear back. I have also not received my money back. I guess it’s not safe to buy from them. Update: got a reply around a week ago saying it would be shipped on Monday. I did not receive confirmation of the shipment again. Can’t reach them either, chat is dead.

I ordered my fragrance on the 1st of January and it just arrived on the 31st. It was a very hard to find fragrance and the company had problems with the fragrance causing it to be delayed. Communication was slow at first but after a period of time it drastically improved and was very reassuring.
Incredible fragrance and a lovely goodwill gesture included with my order.
Worth the wait.
