I am really disappointed with my purchase. The product I received looked nothing like the one shown in the pictures. What they sent me was cheap and completely different in quality and appearance.

I received defective shoes, still waiting on refund. They wanted me to pay for return shoe. They keep saying sorry we're sorry you were unhappy. I was because I paid over $34 for shoes and received defective shoes. Scam Scam, stay away from here. Report to BBB scam department.

Really poor quality. The actual shoe is nothing like what is on the website. They've ripped their images from other places and their making knock off's. The sizing is vastly wrong, material very cheap, the shoe would likely fall apart on first wear. When I contacted them, they said they would only refund half my money. These guys are fraudulent. Don't risk your money. Would give a 0 if I could.

Scam! And they will text you every day no matter how many times you opt out. I have blocked 10 different numbers from them after opting out of text messages. It is so irritating!!!!!!!

This company has the the worst return policy. Why have a return policy and you don't want the shoes back. And on top of that you want to give me half my money back did I paid half of my money when I brought them. I'm so pissed at this dam company. It should state that your product runs small and not true to size. I want all my money back for a pair of shoes I can't wear.

In expensive, cheaply made and the worst return and exchange program. 7 days from the time purchased to return them!

This website "Fashionshoeshouse" is a joke. The delivery came in a brown paper bag, taped together. They will not send you what the models are wearing. Naturally, there are no returns, and now I understand why. I purchased a gorgeous button-up sweater, but when it came, it smelled damp and moldy. The shoes I ordered after 30 minutes of wear; the shoe straps popped. Furthermore, the ankle bracelet I bought and paid for was never delivered. THIS IS SHAMEFUL.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I ordered a pair of wedge hill pink tie up sandals and what I received was nothing like the picture and was cheaply made. It also took a month to receive and I had a hard time getting a refund, I'm glad I went through PayPal because that was the only way I was able to get a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The shoes I received were cheap and poorly made. They were very ill fitting. They would not take back. I was offered half my money back and then I was ghosted with no refund. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Wish I could give zero star. This scam needs to be shut down.

Ordered navy blue boots, was sent purple boots. Not a nice purple either. An ugly, shiny purple that's absolutely nothing like the description. The company allows a 7 day return window, but provides no return address and does not respond when is requested. The boots cost $82.98 so it's not small thing to be stuck with these hideous boots at that price. I complained to PayPal and they are reviewing the case. It's worth noting that after my complaint, the company removed the option for ordering the boots in navy blue. Shady AF.

I ordred shoes without reading the reviews. They are come from china and cheap quality please don't buy any shoes from them and they don't accept returns too. Scam

I received a pair of boots I paid 77.98 they were damaged w stains several stains looked like someone tried to remove them . I cannot find the confirmation email nor can I find my account information. I’ve sent 4or 5 emails asking for the email address to return them w NO RESPONSE? Return policy states I have 7 days to return them or no exchange or refund ( never heard of that). There’s a option to call the BBB better business Bureau W/ a phone # that’s not correct I have no idea how to return these damaged boots. This is a crime in my book!!!!

I was supposedly ordering Clark's shoes!!!! When they arrived today, they were obviously cheap knock-offs! No info in the package to allow me to return them. Buyer beware!

I ordered vintage boots and it was shipped from China and was at custom for approval! Boots arrived before Christmas and it was plastic boots! No where near leather! They will not refund and they stated they will give me $10 compensation!!! Nor will they give me the shipping address! This is a scam!! I saw these boots thur Instagram- review is -0

My daughter unfortunately bought a pair of wedge boots from Fashion Shoe House. The underside of the footbed is protruding from the boots. When she put them on the entire wedge collapses. It's a wonder she didn't break her foot! When she sent pictures to them they told her they look fine and they refuse to give her a refund! I wish I could post pictures!

I ordered 2 pair of boots on Black Friday, expected to have them by Christmas. Nope! Contacted them via PayPal, got two different responses. One blaming the Post Office, the other sending me to a third party delivery company, who never responded. Finally got them Jan 4th. They reek of chemical smell, beyond cheap construction & materials. NOT what was pictured in the original ad at all. Just cheap, substandard knock offs of designer shoes.

DO NOT ORDER from these people, it is a complete scam. They advertise on Facebook & other social media platforms to hook buyers looking for bargains. I got a notice that the items were delivered 12/29/21 - only they were not. After going round and round with CS and getting different answers, I got fed up and filed a claim with PayPal.

DO NOT USE PAYPAL for transacting online. Their "process" for disputing charges is ridiculous. I had until the 11th of January or they auto close your case.

If I could leave a ZERO star I would. Still waiting for refund and return authorization process - not holding my breath. So sad this turned into a hard learning experience. No faith in PP or this scam shoe company. I may be out the entire $89 but I will warn others not to buy from them, ever again.
