Mark is a star!
Mark is an incredible person and a trainer. He has been in the game for so long and sharing his life experiences between the courses which was definitely a personal touch and made our training more relevant. He is simply the best and I feel very confident not to shy away in future.

We had Mark for three days and what a lovely gentleman he was. He made it his mission to connect with each person in our class. Mark made learning fun and easy which normally I would be nervous about but he put us all at ease.

Highly recommend, a great course for all abilities!
The trainer was very informative, friendly and engaging. I completed the first aid training course and it was the perfect split between theory and practical. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. There is independent work and also pair work and the whole class is involved. A great company run by two very knowledgeable professionals. I left the course feeling very informed and confident in my skills - which were zero before the class!
