Fast Pens Avis 

I have had orders from Fast Pens before which I have been very happy with.
This order was estimated to arrive on a Thursday but I was then informed it would be over the weekend and it finally arrived on the Monday. Unfortunately, I was travelling outside the UK on the Saturday, so had to make arrangement's with a neighbour to look out for the delivery as I could not change the delivery instructions on the transporters website. Also, the delivery email stated that I had signed for it, which was difficult as I was not in the UK!
In addition, when I returned home and collected the package, the outside wrapping was very dirty and on opening the package the box the pens where in was crushed and ripped. The pens themselves where a mixture of loosely constructed and needed tightening, some with the nib down and some with the metal clip top having fallen off. The majority had slight ink staining on them and some needed to be gently scrubbed to remove the worst staining. In the end all the pens had to be inspected, missing bits re-added, tightened and checked that retraction worked and re-boxed.
I am not sure if the package was crushed by heavier packages, lost in transit for over a week or had been badly checked and packaged at source.
I am disappointed on this occasion as the product and service in previous orders has been excellent.

Cant fault: Quality pens, quick service

I loved being able to try out different designs for the pens on the website, and see how they would look immediately without having to wait for a proof. It was also easy to get the cost straightaway rather than having to email for a quote. The pens were delivered quickly and looked great.
