Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your parcel arrived with the box damaged. We always pack the pens securely in a box before placing the box in a paper shipping bag, but it seems the damage happened while it was in transit with the courier.
We’re glad to hear that the pens themselves were not affected, though we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a damaged package. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve offered you a 10% discount on your next order.

Great facility, high cost
Spent a lot of money buying sample self-designed pens which I decided against ordering in bulk; it's a great facility to offer a chance to design your own pen but cost is high.

Fast delivery, but some were loose
Fast delivery, and I was able to change the delivery location last minute. Design process was really good, visual and simple. Pens seem great.
I've knocked a star off though as half of the pens were loose and had not been tightened fully, so after a few fell apart, we had to go through the batch tightening the rest.

All round, job well done!
Easy to use website to create the layout needed, with plenty of room for our branding.
Much faster delivery and much cheaper price than anywhere else.
We won't hesitate to use Fast Pens again.
