Regarding the delivery, we appreciate and understand your feedback. Your order was placed on a standard service and went into production for 5 working days. While we advise on our website that standard production is around 3 working days, we do also note that this is not guaranteed.
For any time-sensitive orders, we always recommend choosing one of our express services, which includes a guaranteed production and delivery dates.

Good pens. But not fast.
The pens were good and happy with quality. But ultimately I chose the company for the fast delivery, and they arrived later than their scheduled delivery date, and therefore the order missed the deadline I had.

Thank you for your honest and fair review. We're really pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the pens, but we're genuinely sorry that your order didn’t arrive in time for your deadline.
You're absolutely right – the dispatch was delayed and your order should have left on Wednesday 18th but unfortunately didn’t leave until Monday 23rd. Although it was placed on our standard production service (which includes an additional 3 working days before dispatch), this still didn’t meet the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for that.
We also understand how important your deadline was. As we hadn’t been made aware of a specific event date, we weren’t able to prioritise your order – but we completely appreciate the frustration when delivery expectations aren’t met.
We’d love the chance to make it up to you. If you're open to placing another order in the future, please get in touch with us directly and we’ll be happy to offer you a discount as a goodwill gesture.

Delivery was too slow despite numerous…
Delivery was too slow despite numerous phone calls. We ordered hundreds of pens and they did not arrive in time for the conference - so we now have hundreds of pens in boxes in the office - waste of money and time. We had other options but thought we would get Fast pens - we called up for an update but were told eveeyone had gone home and it was only 4pm. Pen quality was good but if you need pens within 10 days I would not use the company. Sorry not for me

Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear the pens didn’t arrive in time for your conference.
To clarify, your order was placed with our standard production service, which carries an estimated 3 working day turnaround in production. This is stated clearly on our website, and we do highlight that if a guaranteed delivery date is required, we strongly recommend upgrading to one of our paid express services.
In this case, your order was despatched just one working day later than estimated – on Friday 20th instead of Thursday 19th – and delivered the next working day by FedEx, which was Monday 23rd. So while we regret the slight delay, the timeline was still within a reasonable range for the selected service.
Regarding your call on Monday, our customer service team did try to return your call shortly afterward but was unable to reach you. They followed up with an email to keep you updated.
We’re glad to hear you were happy with the quality of the pens, but we’re sorry that the timing didn’t work out for your event. If you ever require time-sensitive orders in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact us beforehand—we’d be happy to recommend a service that guarantees your deadline is met.

I had a great experience with Fast Pens. I had a tight turnaround to have customised pens ready for an event and the pens arrived in time. They're great quality and the process of adding artwork was really intuitive and quick. A great service.

My initial order of pencils didn’t meet…
My initial order of pencils didn’t meet expectations, but the team responded quickly and sent out a replacement set that was absolutely perfect. They were incredibly helpful and eager to resolve the issue. The second batch was excellent quality — I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent branded pens
Excellent branded pens, exactly what I was looking for. Fast Pens gives a scale preview before ordering which is very useful. I printed this out and could see what the pens would actually be like. When the pens arrived, they matched the preview exactly. Great service, I highly recommend Fast Pens!

Slow Pens
Too slow. Order placed with 3 working day delivery, pens were delivered 10 days later, too late for the event they were needed for. Fast pens? No they were not.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear that your order arrived too late for your event.
Your order was placed on 12th May with our standard production service. Unfortunately, due to unexpected issues in our production process, dispatch was delayed by three working days, and your order left us on 19th May instead of the originally estimated 14th May. FedEx then delivered the pens on 20th May—seven working days after your order was placed, instead of the four we aim for.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given your tight event deadline, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we’re actively reviewing what went wrong to help prevent such delays in the future.

Needed event pens on a tight deadline.
I was able to place my custom pen order about a week before a company event. Not only did they arrive on time, but the quality was also better than expected!
We were really happy with the pens, and the customer service was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
