This account got banned as soon as I logged in.
But I must have done something wrong; in any case, the platform is agile.

Hi Felipe,
We checked your order history and noticed that the purchase was completed more than **two weeks ago**, so the account was not banned immediately after delivery.
When you contacted us, you mentioned that you could not find the current login password and asked us to check the account status. We requested the necessary account details to verify the alleged ban, but we never received them and the conversation was left unanswered.
At this moment, we have no evidence that the account is banned. We are still willing to investigate and help, but we need the requested login information in the order chat to perform a proper check.
Please reply there with the account details and we will continue the investigation.
