Update (March 31, 2026): We are actively moving forward to directly challenge what this company states at their website. After additional review, we believe further action is warranted. FCRA, other.

We have observed very serious ongoing challenges related to opting out and the removal of personal information. All was captured on video in real time.

In some cases, individuals report difficulty ensuring their data is fully removed or remains removed after requests are submitted.
