Great Service
Granted my order was small. But I needed the hardware as soon as possible. They shipped it the next business day. The only way I could have gotten it sooner, would have been a efficent postal service. This is my new choice for hardware on line.

Bolts and nuts will not tighten
The 5/8 x 11 bolts and nut I just received do not thread all the way! Each one is different on how far they thread until they are binding up! Now I have to try to back them out which is not going well!

The package had many holes in it when…
The package had many holes in it when it arrived. It looked like it had been through World War II.
Fortunately, none of the bolts were missing out of the package.
My suggestion is that you use better packaging so that you don’t have this kind of a situation it also delayed the shipment to me

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
They shipped out my rivets but the rivets weren't delivered due to a postal issue i then asked for a refund once they received the rivets back ,i was told for over a month now they were going to do it but every time i call back she says they are going to take care of it but i still have yet to get my refund!!!!!its been over a month and multiple phone calls!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
