This was my first time with a VPS and the support team was super patient answering all my questions properly. MT4 runs great with no lag or connection issues!

Beware of this product!
The VPS wouldn't install on my computer, and it appeared that they were trying to sale me a product whether or not it worked. Also, since I couldn't load it nor use it, they didn't refund all my funds after I cancelled. PayPal charged a fee, and the company should've absorbed the cost, not the client.

Hi Armor, thank you for trying our products. For the mentioned feedback, we would like to once again recover the whole situation that happened through the conversation.
Based on our investigation, our support team had provided with a solution to your subscription which is to provide a different Windows version that works smoother than your existing subscription of Windows 2019, as our Windows 2012 is the Forex Trading Optimized version as per stated on the website.
The solution was not accepted, and carry on further, when you reported that your VPS is unable to load, our support team had tested on the VPS connection and was able to be loaded, a screenshot of the VPS was provided and our support tried to advice to check on your connection to the Remote Desktop, and you have requested for a refund on the next day of the subscription, our support team initiated the refund accordingly.
The refund of $24.46 was made on the same day of request, as there was a transaction fee of $1.53 by PayPal. We regret that we are unable to cover the transaction fee as per stated in our Refund Policy that agreed during your subscription: https://fastforexvps.cloud/
We appreciate your feedback to make our service better, and we are here to clarify on the whole situation that happened along with the commitment and immediate response given to clients as well. If any party needs any screenshots on further clarification on such issue we are more than happy to provide since we are unable to provide a screenshot through the reply here.

Incredibly slow and laggy, waste of time
I've been renting a VPS for approximately a year when i started trading using EAs
My experience has been ultimately negative
At some point on the 2 first months, i couldn't access my VPS anymore and the only solution i got given was to completely reset it and thus losing my data
I should have compared with other VPS providers because the VPS was quite laggy and would often just freeze.
You could say "Yes but you had a cheap package with a small RAM allocation" okay yes but even when i hadn't installed anything on it, it was still awful.
Opening Chrome would freeze the VPS for dozens of seconds, moving a window would be really slow.
I moved to a sponsored ICMarkets VPS and i wish i would have moved earlier, the difference is just incredible.
And final point that didn't help at all, when i canceled my VPS and chose the "Keep the VPS online until the end of my paid days"(and i'm 100% sure i chose that option and not the "Instant termination" as they told me), the VPS got terminated 2 hours later and all the data erased which were 10+ months of EA, backtests, setfiles, notes etc

Hi Antoine, we regret on your experience regarding the VPS speed issue. As per checked the subscription you subscribed to was the most basic Lite plan. However previously we have never received any support ticket about this issue, so the support tickets we received was for these issue:
- Setting up the VPS
- Can't connect to the VPN
- "cannot set millisecond timer (20)" error
- Invoice payment
- VPS terminated before the end date
We usually has a procedure to check on the client's VPS speed when client raised a support ticket regarding such issue, however we were only able to know this when you requested for VPS termination, thus we are unable to check and provide a solution though we are capable of.
The last query was about VPS termination, however, we have a record with screenshot showing that the VPS was terminated as of immediate effect instead of chosen as terminate by the end of billing cycle. We have provided a screenshot of your termination request date, along with your termination request. There was also an email sent to you after your termination request, before the VPS was terminated, that advice on the termination type stated "Immediate". We believe with the information provided it was enough to clarify with clients about the request made.

Used FastForex for 4 months. Upgraded to a higher package to run more mt4 profiles.
Ran into a problem with the upgrade, and was really lagging. Instead of trying to sell me the next package up, they fixed the problem very quickly!
Ky and the team are by far the best I've used and will be staying with them for a long time to come!

For your VPS, we have tried to access with the credentials you received, and it works. We would like to check, when accessing your VPS, did you change your "Username" to Administrator?
Some of our clients would overlook on the Username, only inserting IP and Password when they are connecting to their VPS through Remote Desktop Protocol.
