They did not provide all the classes that were promised. They failed to maintain proper records of the number of classes conducted, despite my repeated communications via email and phone requesting clarification.

I purchased a course from FastInfo…
I purchased a course from FastInfo Classes, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Due to personal scheduling issues, I needed to reschedule my class timings. When I contacted customer support, they initially asked me to wait for one week. After waiting patiently, I followed up again, only to be told to wait an additional three weeks.
This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when you’ve already paid for a service. When I finally requested a refund because of the inconvenience and lack of support, I was told that there is no refund policy. This was never made clear during the purchase process.
Overall, the customer service has been very unhelpful and unresponsive. The advertisements and claims made by FastInfo Classes feel misleading and seem designed to attract customers without delivering proper support or flexibility.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing any course from them.

"FastInfo Class" sales team
"FastInfo Class" sales team , start with selling basic course around 2k. Once you about to enroll they pitch to enroll in intermediate level. costs 4k.
You do enrollment. You pay 4k. Now ONCE YOUR PAYMENT IS DONE then other sales person calls and praises your English. His job is to make this intermediate level course a inferior course for you, He tries to convince that you have better English so opt for Advance course . Costs 6k+.
They start from 2k and push you to 6k+. If you don't do you feel your 4k invaluable and that's their business strategy.
They should clearly tell everything before taking money but they wont.
Before taking money they will tell if not satisfied money will be refunded. I asked for the refund just after enrolling in intermediate level they refused.
SUCH ONLINE COURSE IS RISKY AS THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

This is extremely poor service
My experience with FastInfo has been extremely disappointing. After paying course fees, I was repeatedly assigned untrained teachers and the classes were marked completed without proper sessions. Despite multiple requests, refund was denied and I was asked to pay again. This reflects poor service and unfair practices—please be cautious before enrolling.

"Beware of this company! They promised to the parents but delivered nothing. Complete scam, don't waste your time and money. Their 'guaranteed' services are a joke, and their customer support is nonexistent. Total fraud!"Disappointing experience with the online English class. The teacher seemed unprepared, and the lessons felt disorganized. No clear structure or feedback, making it hard to track progress. Not worth the money and when I asked them to refund they are not receiving my calls
