Our transfer was on time, clean and exactly what we ordered. Communication was excellent, I actually paid twice by mistake and was contacted and refunded immediately. Would certainly book again.

Excellent service. I have used them several times. Always prompt, on top of things, confirming flights etc. If my flight was delayed, they are aware and accommodate things.

Smooth Service
Fastlane were absolutely brilliant. The booking process was very easy. The were always available to answer my calls. The driver came on time and helped with the luggage. The driver was very friendly and polite. The service offered was oustanding.

100% recommend
Booked them last min to get home from the airport. Absolutely brilliant, the driver was very polite and the car was very clean.
100% will use every time now.
We even left the airport a hour early, which was no problem for them.

Cancelled the night before…
Cancelled my booking the night before we went away on holiday. The taxi had been booked for 3 weeks as we needed a taxi with a car seat for our 3 year old son. Reason given on the cancellation email was ‘fully booked’

We understand how important reliable transport is, especially when traveling with young children, and we deeply regret that we were unable to fulfill your request as expected. Your booking should have been confirmed and secured, and we completely understand your disappointment, particularly after booking well in advance and specifying the need for a car seat.
Unfortunately, on rare occasions, operational issues can arise due to unexpected demand or vehicle availability, particularly for specialized requirements like child seats. While this is not an excuse, we recognize that the timing of our cancellation notice was unacceptable and not reflective of the standard of service we aim to provide.

Five star plus service with very competitive pricing.
I cannot praise this company enough. They really are spot on with customer service and so reasonably priced. Really easy to navigate and book on their website. Once you have booked, the communication from both the HQ and driver is excellent. The driver was an absolute star, so polite and helpful. He picked me up and drove to my destination in the most awful weather conditions. Thanks to his excellent driving, I was safe and comfortable for the entire journey. I would definitely recommend them to my nearest and dearest. Will also book with them again in the future. Five star plus service.

Pick up from Northwich to Manchester Airport, service was great from start to finish. Checked in advance number of cases etc. to make sure we had the correct vehicle, notified us when outside (slightly early) and got us to the airport on time.

Exceptional service
The cab I had booked came to pick me up 3 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. He took me the airport on time by taking the best route without using any navigation apps. Appears he knows the city like the back of his hand. He helped me with my luggage as well. True gentleman! 👏🏼 Way to go Fast lane!

Liverpool to Manchester Airport
Transfer from Liverpool to Manchester worked well. On time, safe journey, pleasant helpful driver. No complaints. If they can keep this up this company will be a blessing as getting a reliable transfer between L'pool and Manchester Airport is currently harder than it should be.
