Great Service & Value
My family used the Fast Park Heathrow service for the first time for a school half term trip (Feb 2022). The service was impeccable. Our return flight was 45min late and it took a further 1.5hrs to clear border control and get our luggage, and the driver returning our car to the Short Stay Car Park was very patient, polite and understanding of the delay. I would recommend this service.

Great company and service
Used this company at the end of October 2021. First time we've used valet parking - they were brilliant. All communication was clear and they delivered everything they promised - all staff and drivers helpful and friendly. Will use again when we travel in March. Would recommend

Impeccable Service
We just picked our car up from FastPark Meet and Greet at Heathrow Airport and we cannot fault the impeccable service and communication. We usually park with APH but tried FastPark this time. We are delighted with our decision. Their customer service is excellent as is their competitive pricing. Thank you FastPark.

Still Great
Been using FastPark since they began, always friendly and courteous, taking all the hassle out of family trips (turning up with a trolley of requested) and speeding up business trips. Also being very flexible when catering for a change of plans. Highly recommended and appreciated

It was the easiest and the most convenient airport parking service I ever had the pleasure of using. They even surprised me by returning my car having been valet cleaned!

From a first time user
A very fast and efficient service. Easy to find them at Heathrow T5 and the staff who greeted me were friendly and polite. My car was returned back on time so there was no waiting once I came out of the airport.

Excellent service
Used Fast Park at Heathrow T5, and was exceptionally impressed by the personal service provided. I have always previously used BA valet parking, but gave Fast Park a try as they were one-third of BA's price. The courteous and helpful service that I received has made me a fan!

Terminal 3 - A nightmare place
Thanks to Fast Park my recent experience of flying to the States (Florida) was excellent. Staff waiting to to collect car from me and waiting when I returned. Speedy, slick operation. Staff even helped with luggage on arrival and had trollies waiting. Excellent. Will use again.

First Class for less parking
I used this service for the first time, and it won't be the last!
The service was simply first class for a fraction of the price.
We arrived at the airport and Harsh was waiting for us as promised. He came with a trolley to the car and even helped us with all our luggage as I had my 2 year old son with us. He was prompt, smartly dressed, polite and easy to talk to too.
On our way home once we collected our luggage we called Harsh and he was waiting for us outside.
Everything was precise, prompt and smooth. I cannot fault the service or tho price and from now on we will be using Fast Park Heathrow every time we go away!
Thank you Harsh - Your service is excellent and will come highly recommended!
