Fast Skips Avis 

Three times I tried. Total fail. Do not use these unless you’re prepared for a no show and a slow refund

I am really surprised at the bad reviews for this company. The skip has always been delivered on time and picked up on the date it’s meant to be. Great communication over email this is our 2nd skip we’ve had off this company.

Really disappointing,
Ordered skip with notes to say call before delivery due to gated lane access, then 7 days later collected skip without letting me know, private lane gate was left unlocked so they just let themselves in ! skip was 1/3 full obvious it wasn't finished with, when I called to ask whats going on they said it was in there terms you get 7 days. As a business I would never recommend fast skips.

Do NOT use their 'man with a van service', it is horrendous with non existent customer service. They use B&M Waste Management, I have just left a review on that company. AVOID

This is my second time using fast skips. The price is the best around, they delivered first thing in the morning and booking is so easy!!

Was a day late. I had to call to remind them. Arrived following day. Other than that all was fine.

Great communication with deliver, the driver was so good placed the skip exactly where we wanted it and was so polite . We needed the skip removed before the collection date which was no problem, would highly recommend 😀

Fast skips took payment for a skip on 23rd April 2026, in the email confirmation they stated they could not take soil in the size skip I ordered (8ft) and that they would on a 6ft. I immediately emailed to change size as soil was the main purpose of hiring one. They replied saying this was unavailable and for the same price £290 could sent a 4ft. I declined and asked for a refund.
They stated 5-7 days. I have been waiting 28 days and still no refund.
I have been in contact on multiple occasions and they state it’s being processed.
I do not recommend. Took money without providing a service. Do not use fast skips.

Ordered a skip to be told by email the day after that they could not fulfill my order. Fair enough, and told me refund was processed. Where is my money then? Absolute con of a company - AVOID. Have had to raise with my bank just to fight for my money!!

Good price, quick and easy booking

Could not deliver the skip on the day we had ordered it for - but wasn’t told I had to phone to chase. I cancelled the skip. Two weeks and several phone calls later I am still waiting for a refund. They can’t find the payment which clearly was taken from my account. Promised call backs which they never do! Never ever experienced such poor customer service. Exhausting!

I cancelled a skip from fastskips 14 days ago and no refund every time I call they say im on a list no help at all very bad company
