Next day pick up of item. Very prompt. Excellent service when I returned the second item in store (ordered 2 for sizing). Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely loved the quality and fit of my dress.

The he order arrived a lot later than…
The he order arrived a lot later than expected, supposed to be Tuesday but arrived on Saturday. The item ordered was a present but as it arrived late I had to rethink and purchase something else.

Helpful staff for return
When ordering top for present, I mucked up the click and collect location as did not notice it defaulted to nearest branch. Re-ordered for delivery and was able to return original order through shop with helpful staff
