Poor service very disappointed
You have asked me to review a product that I have not received. I ordered in the sale a pair of boots 17th August. The day after I received an update on my order they were unable to deliver on the requested date. I have received no communication from Fat Face since and have been unable to track my order. Really Poor service very disappointed

Great Experience with FatFace Online Order & In-Store Pickup
I ordered a couple of T-shirts from FatFace online and picked them up in store. The whole process was smooth and easy. The T-shirts are great quality – soft fabric, well made, and they kept their shape after washing. They fit perfectly and look stylish. Plus, I got them on sale, which made the deal even better. The staff in the store were friendly when I came to collect my order. I’ll definitely shop here again.

Next day pick up of item. Very prompt. Excellent service when I returned the second item in store (ordered 2 for sizing). Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely loved the quality and fit of my dress.
