Beautiful clothes, well-made and true to size. The staff were lovely and entertained my grandson while I shopped. The experience couldn't have been better.

I like the product and would say it was…Top top
I like the product and would say it was true to size for the shape of this sun top. Purchasing was trouble free and very prompt. Would recommend fat face and the top.

I bought this top in the yellow and loved it so much I got the white. It’s beautiful linen, gorgeous styling and the pockets are lovely. I’m not sure about the pink for me. If it was paler pink I’d have it.

Best Fatface store .
Barnard Castle Fatface store is the best I’ve been to. The presentation of the clothes are accessories is always enticing. The displays change regularly giving you different ideas of what items of clothes can go together. It is always Beth pleasing to the eye. The staff are fantastic. They always says hello when entering the store. They are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend everyone visit Barnard Castle Fatface. The best store by far

Bretton tee shirt
I would have given 5 stars but my local store just seems to cater for the small sizes hence having to go on line to order and then pay postage.
I have to say the staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

Faulty shirt replaced.😁
Had to return a faulty polo shirt I'd bought a couple of weeks ago but the shop at Barnard Castle told me that because it was in the sale they couldn't order it for me to be delivered to the store so I had to pay the postage to replace it!! PS Thank you Fat Face for refunding the postage, I've upped my score as I've usually had great service from you and this proves my faith.

Need accessories
Need accessories. I bought a gorgeous skirt and wanted to wear it straight away but needed plain white trainers. Which fat face don't do at the moment. There was no shoe shops local so would of been extra sale for fat face

Fab service!
I've recently ordered online in the Black Friday sale and also popped into local branch and got some things there too! Online was easy to navigate, delivery was v good and everything we ordered was brilliant. As for our local store (Barnard Castle) it's always a pleasure to call in and the staff are wonderful. Great service all round, you can't beat Fatface for quality!
