Bought a dusty pink denim jacket and a lavender tee shirt in their sale. Both very good value as reduced in sale, plus are excellent quality.
Love their stuff.
Staff in Belfast store were helpful and friendly and no pressure to buy.

The size 12 ordered was on the small side so returned it to the store in Belfast. Lovely assistant there managed to find the one remaining size 14 which was a returned item. She was very helpful and pleasant. Overall, am very happy with my purchase.

Love fatface but .…
love fatface but my experience yesterday evening was poor. Staff member who i think was management was waiting for me outside the fitting room door. I Had not made up my mind but felt pressured into making a decision and she took my item to the till for me. I just paid and left even though I wasn't finished browsing and shopping.
