I really like FatFace, the clothes are always well made and the materials seem quite unique and different.

Customer service excellent, Jean sizes not
Whilst your customer service in store was excellent when I returned my items, I was really disappointed I had to return them. I found the sizes of the jeans difficult. I tried 3 sizes, 10, 12 and 14. The 10 far too small, the 12 could get on but couldn’t fasten and the 14 went on and fastened but was way too big. The style and colour of the jeans was lovely, just a shame the sizes didn’t work for me.

The Sales Assistant was so helpful and knowledgeable when I was trying to find the perfect jeans. Only moan is that it was too hot in the shop!

Staff are friendly and helpful
Staff are friendly and helpful. We can take our dogs in and they are given treats which is lovely. The clothes are made well and fit well. I only wish the store in Beverley was a little larger so we could have a larger variety. However - I also buy online

Lightweight dress. Good style. Red glitter throughout - not as expected, so I sent it back. I thought it would be navy with silver glitter. Ordered online. Friendly staff when I collected it.
