Great staff
I bought dress on line but it was too big. I called local store and they went out of there the way to help. Located the size I wanted and put it to a side until I got there the next day. Ladies name was Claudia. Excellent service

Always pleased with the service at Fat Face! I ordered a shirt & hoodie from the website and chose the click and collect service to my local store. The assistant there was polite and friendly and I was able to collect my order without any problems!

I usually order in store if they don’t…
I usually order in store if they don’t have my size but on this occasion due to a change of warehouse I was unable to. Instead I ordered it myself online and item arrived on time and was very pleased with purchase so all good.

a swimming costume that is always good to wear
Just really pleased to get the colours I wanted (green and pink) on a costume that felt good to touch and great to wear. Really looking forward to the swim now! (wild...wouldn't risk the chlorine mis-shaping it etc)

Lovely Staff and great quick efficient service!
The staff in the Beverley branch are lovely and so helpful. I've been searching for a long across the body bag for a while now and this one's amazing and leather too! Great purchase and had lots of comments about it too!

I collected my poncho from the Beverley shop and was very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. My dog also received a treat.
