Annoyingly I couldn’t order my item inthe store, where they didn’t hold my size in store, but were able to check online stock. This seems a strange way to operate, as I stood in front of the cash desk following the assistant’s instructions to order off my phone. Howl, setting that aside, my items arrived pretty and were good quality and a good fit.

Returns Policy
So handy being able to collect my item (padded bucket hat) from a local Fat Face store. No p&p to pay. Their returns policy, had I needed it, couldnt have been simpler.. Inside the package was a self addressed envelope with postage free of charge.
