I would have given 5 * if the shop…
I would have given 5 * if the shop assistants had been more friendly and had some manners. I didn’t get an ‘hello’, ‘thank you’ or ‘goodbye’..it was almost as though it was too much trouble . The ordering was easy and quickly delivered to the store to collect though.

I went to the Bridport store today. Becky was really helpful. Suggesting things I wouldn’t usually go for. Amazing service and a very enjoyable shopping experience overall. She couldn’t have been more helpful.

From the time I walked into FatFace, it was the beginning of a great experience. The whole shop is instantly inviting with the clothing beautifully presented. I was greeted with a warm smile by lovely Eva, who helped me through my purchases. She took great trouble making sure everything fitted perfectly and even chose me the perfect winter bobble hat from the men’s section as the women’s ones didn’t fit as nicely.
I live alone and it can be very lonely indeed so it was such a joy to be made to feel so special

Sale time is needed for Fatface as full price clothing is expensive!

I popped into the Bridport Store of Fat…
I popped into the Bridport Store of Fat Face and noticed a sign above some Short Sleeved shirts hung over T shirts with a sign 20 % off so I thought I would purchase the shirt only to get to the checkout and find out it only applied to the T shirts beneath, needless to say I did not buy the shirt. I took a photo of the signs and left. I shall send this to trading standards

Great shirt, more mens products in store please.
Overall great service. Would be good to have a few more products like chinos and shirts in the shop rather than having to buy on line. The bridport store didn’t have a large mens range.

I love Fat Face clothes, always stylish. Washes well wears well and never dates. Today I brought cotton trousers, cuffed at the bottom. I have been worrying about Yoga classes in the summer months and being to hot in Lycra. I shopped in Fat Face Bridport today, very pleasant lady (Claire) that served me. Thank you Fat Face for always being reliable 👏👏👏👏Great all around.
