Was very disappointed that I could not use my purple vouchers when they were included as one of the shops where they could be used. I did manage to get my goods ordered on line but I had to get a friend to do this. Collecting the goods from my local shop was very easy. Just received your reply but was very disappointed that you did not respond to my query that I was not able to use my purple card in the local shop. No response received about using my voucher at the local shop

Good service
Good customer service from the clitheroe lancs store who suggested I order on line (as no stock available there) and have it delivered to next at deepdale preston which was closer to my home. Goods arrived the next day. All staff in both stores were very helpful. Would definitely use this service again

Excellent service
The assistant in cltheroe was the best service , I have had for a long while
she checked on the system for the size I wanted on a white beach skirt and found one in Harrogate, she phoned the store to make sure and asked them to save it and I will pick up tomorrow
I was really impressed, she is a credit to your shop

Click and collect went smoothly and communication was good to advise of its arrival into store. I also had occasion to contact customer services regarding a previous purchase and they were very helpful and resolved my issue and provided a refund. I was very grateful and impressed with the customer service provided by Evie .
