My order should have been in ot collect 4 days ago but it hasn't even been despatched yet! Only communication was to say it's delayed, nothing since.

After several emails and telephone conversations about a credit note I was finding hard to use, I went into fat face in cowes Isle of Wight. The lady shop assistant in the store was outstanding, she tried very hard to sort out my problem, but like me, got no resolve to the problem from the customer service phone line. She suggested I phone customer services again once I got home. I did ring them, and this time my credit note was replaced with a gift card. So after a long frustrating time, my problem was finally resolved.
I find the fat face store in cowes, Isle of Wight are always friendly and helpful, but this time they were amazing, thank you.

Great selection and friendly and helpful staff.
It’s great to have a Fat Face shop on the High Street in Cowes. It may not be the biggest shop in the world, but they seem to be able to stock everything you might wish to buy. There’s always a relaxed vibe in the High Street and the staff are always friendly and helpful

Lovely new clothes for spring and summer and a 20% discount on some items. Very happy with that. Lovely, friendly staff at the Cowes branch on the Isle of Wight. My dog loves visiting!

For the first time I had my order…
For the first time I had my order delivered to the local Fatface shop. I’ll certainly do it again. The staff are friendly offering me the chance to try the jeans on in the shop. As I had already bought one pair and knew they fitted perfectly I did not need to use that service but what a change to most shops.

Great shop and staff
Shop was open on a Sunday! For me, that's really helpful. The staff were friendly, welcoming and had a sense of humour.

The perfect Dry Robe
I've been looking at the Dry Robe for a while.
Then I saw it in the Sale so decided to treat myself. I've not warm it yet but know it will be perfect for driving home from the beach after having a swim plenty of room to change underneath if I want to plenty of inside pockets for car keys etc. perfect.
