Exceptional service
My husband and I have recently started shopping at Fatface in Evesham. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Annie and Lisa are exceptionally good at assisting us and when items have not been in store they have ordered them online and on every occasion the items have arrived the following day. We have both received compliments on our new purchases and have recommended the store to friends.

Communication was great, fit was great
communication was great, when my item was slightly delayed. I collected from the store and the item was a perfect fit so I was very pleased that I didn't have to return it.

Beautiful white shirt & cobalt blue
Love, Love, love my white shirt & cobalt blue shirt both same style, perfect fit size 14, I bought one in the shop at Evesham Twyford Country Park, the staff are sooo lovely & helpful, I loved it sooo much I sent for another white & cobalt blue fab colour, great weight for both summer ☀️ & autumn...arrived in good time well packaged & lovely condition...Will be back to FATFACE for shopping. Shops need to be available to us to be able to try things on, it's all very well ordering on line but becomes expensive if you have to return items & have to pay postage, that's why I was sooo pleased with FATFACE as their sizing seemed (for me anyway) very good indeed...thank you to FATFACE & all at Evesham Twyford store 'bril" Yvonne 😀 ...Having left this glowing review, I was more than a little disappointed to go into FATFACE Worcester & find my shirts at half price Aug SALE just about 10 days after buying mine, that didn't feel very nice!!! not quite so pleased with FATFACE - if you know there's going to be a sale in August, I think you should at least let people know about it when they're in the process of buying at full price 10 days or even less before...NOT COOL .

Love the clothes from fat face. I visit the shop often and always come out with a purchase. When I order online it’s easy to order and have delivered to the shop for me to collect

The assistant was pleasant and helpful, my purchase is lovely, cannot beat fat face for stylish flip flops, I get them every year, quality is excellent. Notwithstanding the above the main reason for such a good review is communication. I was reminded by email on a couple of occasions to collect and was grateful for that! All round good retailer.

A friendly welcome
A lovely well presented, clean and tidy shop. Changing rooms are spacious. Staff are very cheerful and helpful.

Ordering online is so easy.
Ordering online is so easy… managed to get some lovely jackets and a jumper in the Outlet so they were in the sale and then had them delivered to store so no p&p!!!
