The embroidery in the garment is lovely and material good quality! When collected from the shop In Frome. The staff were very helpful and cheerful.

Great jumper, great service
The lovely Holly Half neck Jumper I ordered was too big. Very friendly and helpful lady at the Frome store credited my account and re-ordered the smaller size to be delivered to my home address. The money was in my account later that day and the beautiful Holly Jumper arrived 3 days later. Excellent item and service. Well done FatFace.

Great place to shop for clothes
Fatface in Frome is chilled, friendly and lets me bring my Labrador into the store to help me choose my clothes! It’s very relaxed and the staff are super helpful. Plus the clothes are great too - they stock a surprisingly wide range for a small store.

Order didn’t arrive
I ordered two pairs of jeans on the 20th June, they didn’t arrive within the 3-5 working days. I then emailed customer service on 28th June spoke with an advisor, they said my address was incorrect on the system (I used the pre-populated address finder). I sent my address on the 29th and still no jeans. I will be requesting a full refund and I won’t be using the online delivery service.

Love the clothes
Love the clothes, the patterns and style of the clothes, and the style of the shops.
The people working in your stores are always friendly.
Would recommend dropping your prices slightly, but other than that A++++
