Went to Helmsley store to collect and try on my item, sadly fit came up a bit small (shame as it was a lovely jacket) so returned it, no problems, staff in shop as friendly & helpful as ever.

I still haven't received the promised…
I still haven't received the promised email telling me my order was waiting for collection at my selected store. I wrote an enquiry email to customer services and have received no reply.

Speedy delivery to local store.
Canvas shoes ordered in the online sale were despatch overnight allowing me to collect from my handy local store within a couple of days. I was informed of progress from order to collection.

A shop like no other!
There is a good choice of clothes in a quirky shop with different areas of clothing. Once you get in the front door you want to explore!

I ordered online
I ordered online, however, the jacket was far too big. I went into a local store to try on smaller sizes and was given a exchange with no quiblles whatsoever. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. I would have no hesitatation shopping with Fat Face again in the future.

I had to return a garment to a store as…
I had to return a garment to a store as it wasn't big enough and my money was refunded very quickly. I then ordered a larger size via the internet and that arrived within 5 days in time for Christmas. So extremely pleased

Easy pleasant experience
I bought a sweatshirt in the online sale, it was easy to order, arrive sooner than expected, I loved the colour & quality but it was too big.
I returned the sweatshirt to the Helmsley store whilst away with no hassle. The assistant was very helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have a replacement in a smaller size.

Fatface is great
I buy lots of clothes from Fatface. Especially organic cotton tops and dresses. So comfortable to wear and wash well.
The Helmsley store is well stocked and conveniently located near the market square.
