I had my order delivered to my local…
I had my order delivered to my local fat face store for the first time, after travelling 7miles to said store I was very disappointed to learn my order had been delivered to the wrong store. This was May 14th and I still have not had an E mail to say it’s at my local store. Not happy at all, must say everything I have delivered to my home has been an excellent service.

The young lady in the Hereford shop was really helpful whilst I was choosing my outfits. She went above and beyond making it a really lovely shopping experience. Also the till assistant was super cheerful too! Thank you Hereford Fatface :)

I love Fatface! You are my go to store for most of my clothes. I buy in the sales so tend to buy out of season clothes as they are generally a bit too expensive for me otherwise.

Such a lovely top.

Very happy with my maxi skirt.First order size 10 was too big,returned and refunded fairly quick.New order size 8 fits perfectly.
